i just currios for rpgmaker game thoose 2 are on first index and i want know what so good with this two games.

I can't speak for the second one but furry ears girls has been in the Trending Games category for years. I'm not sure how the feature works, my guess is it's broken.
As for whether it's a good game... it's a bit old in my head but looking at my old review I rated it 3 stars and felt disappointed because it tried to do a little bit of everything (vanilla, rape, prostitution, straight up NTR) but neither of these things were done especially well. Also the gameplay was bland and piss easy.
