Often in asian comics/games, there's always a focus on making the women pregnant but why?

If it's simply the case of not wearing a condom because doing it raw would feel better, sure. Or if the MC simply wants to jizz without caring about the consequences, that too would be understandable. But why is there such a strong focus on having a child?

Does it have to do with their culture where having children at a young age is necessary? From what I understand, it's common in China but I don't really know where most of the translated comics I read originated from.

Well, it's a bit of everything I think. Mostly, as you said, it's a fetish, in the same way people enjoy incest / voyeurism, breeding can be such a turn on for some people, and much like the other fetishes, people tend to be responsible about it (those who like breeding don't have 10 kids in the same way those who enjoy incest don't bang their sister 24/7 in the back of the truck) so it's usually just roleplay / dirty talk.

There is a sense of "realism" (big quotes there) that mostly japs go for when sex is involved, like how if you're fucking a virgin she HAS to bleed 2 pints, and well, if you fuck everyone without protection, even if you pull out (which then again most vns / javs don't really go for) chances are you'll get someone preggers.

Pretty prevalent. I'm not the type to seek this specific content out, usually I find it over the top or unsatisfying, but it's common. Moreso if you're reading incest as well, since then its an extra layer to the already taboo fraught story. I think, also, that there's an element of power to it. Well, there's many reason behind it.

Power is one of them as said by @DarthSeduction , but you can also talk about possession. You toke the Asian scene as center of your question. In it, mostly the line of the girls when the MC talk about impregnating them, is something like, "yes, make me yours, let me breed your child". The MC already owns her body for his pleasure, but now he also owns it for carrying what he own, his child. It's a treasure for a man. He's no longer "the son of", so at the bottom of a family. With a child he become "the father of", and climb on top of the family.
As for China, it probably have also something to do with the, just recently changed, single child policy. A woman can only have one child, so becoming pregnant with the MC isn't something innocent, she give her unique possibility to have a child. And for a woman, having a child is the treasure ; evolution genetically programed them for this. So, she give him the more precious thing she have. A thing even more precious than her virginity.

But in the end, it's probably more a question of manliness. He can bang the girl, he can make her crave for it, and he can also impregnate her, which is the ultimate proof that he is a man, a real one.

Can't say why others like it, so I wont try to guess. As for me, its about many things. Seeing a women being comsumed by passion and forgetting that a single moment can have permanent consequnces for her entire life. Cumming inside a girl and make your DNA become part of her, become part of the next generation, where they will continue to spread your DNA in the next generation again. From what I understand, it's more an expectation from grandparents to have a child at a young age. Not only is the child seen as an investment to the family structure, but it will be needed to help others in the family later on. So it's not as much of a pleasure/treasure to have a child as it's a societal expectation.

This is an interesting question. My biggest fetish is breeding. Well...I wouldn't call it a fetish in the usual sense, as having children is normal. Anyway...I love getting a woman pregnant, but I only have 4 kids in real life.

Breeding is normal, and part of what drives society. We work for that reason, we marry for that reason, we fuck for that reason. Sure we can enjoy it without breeding, but when you boil it down to what drives the human instinct to have sex, it's to procreate.

The reason we see it in games so much is that we can't do so in real life without consequences, but in a game we can. In real life we have to refrain from breeding any and every female we can because we have limited resources, and females don't allow us to do so. While it is our instinct to spread out seed far and wide, a female's instinct is breed, then nest. In other words...to dominate her mate's resources for the sake of her children.

Edited to add: Of course this assumes heterosexual couples who do want to have children. And given our capacity to reason, we can over-ride some of our own instincts, procreation being the first one that comes to mind.

I'm saying this as someone who's major kink is impregnation/breeding, but I disagree that games focus on pregnancy/impregnation. The majority of games treat the risk of pregnancy as the elephant in the room that's never discussed. In fact, of the games in the popular games forum, only like 3 of them even mention pregnancy, and even then they aren't main themes. I typically have to scour games and pray that there's even a scene that a character comments about the risk of pregnancy, let alone has some sort of effect.

There's also the fact that the entire biological purpose of intercourse is to attempt to create offspring. Especially since in games characters almost never use condoms. Logically the result of having a shitload of unprotected sex is pregnancy. And since in most porn games you're having crazy amounts of sex with anyone and everyone in your life thanks to mind control drugs/mayan magic...

That and the fact porn games exist entirely in fantasy. Having a bunch of mind-broken sluts carry your children is fucking hot as hell in a fantasy world. While the same situation in reality is a goddamn nightmare scenario.

Alright, not sure where I went with the last point, but the point is I think there should be more pregnancy themes in games, not less.
