Bleh, the stamina system as it is right now just gets more an more annoying the more you play. I'm assuming based on the item descriptions that bronze armor is supposed to negate the stamina recovery debuff in the desert, but that doesn't seem to work, which doesn't help things.

Also, stamina potions restoring only 60 points is pretty anemic considering glass is now harder to get. It'd be less of a pain if you got the bottle back when drinking potions, but I guess the MC likes to eat glass as a party trick.

What kind of equipment do you currently have and do you have any crystals available?

Upgrading some of the steel armor pieces to T3 and using the sword from Isabel is what helped me out a lot. I skipped on doing any of the dungeons until I had some T3 Legendary armor.

If you do Isabel's quests, she will give you a very good 2H sword named The Punisher. It is a dark steel weapon and has one of the highest damage ratings of any single weapon.

If you have crystals, upgrade a steel chest and steel panty armor pieces to T3.
There are enough crystals on the map, that you can afford to spend a few making T3 steel armor AND the materials needed are pretty easy to get. Don't upgrade the steel arms and legs unless you are flush with crystals, you don't gain as much armor from them as you do from upgrading the chest or pants.

If you do not have any crystals, try luring minotaur out of their maze and fight them one at a time. The chests at the center of each maze usually has 1 crystal and sometimes you can find drake scales in them as well.
If you can get on top of the wall of the maze, you can bring a bow and a lot of arrows and kind of cheese the mazes by sniping the minotaur with headshots from the bow and then opening the chest to collect the crystal.
If all else fails, try using the Alluring Staff and fuck all three of the minotaurs into being servants and then loot the chest.

Don't be afraid to make a few health potions at the cauldron before you go fight anything and back off a ways to heal if you are getting beat up in a fight.

Make a meat pie or meat sandwich for a big (200-300) HP boost and berry pie or fish stew for 40-ish stamina.
Or if you are in the Path of the Slut, start w "Use Alluring Staff to seduce for your servant army and if all else fails kill them" ;)

do recommend upgrading to T3 - in current version I am avoiding the dungeons for time being, until I get up to enough resources to set up fully equipped armor kit at T3 (although my personal flavor is bronze chest just because mixed)

The Punisher sword from Isabel is really key as reach and damage are critical, even if you're a enslaving-slut operator.

Or if you want to cheese, a bow and a pile of arrows will do the trick. The mobs will constantly get stuck in the scenery in the dungeons, making them trivial but sometimes time consuming to kill, as you have to wait for your stamina to recover when it's an enemy with thousands of health.

Unless I'm mistaken, Isabel's sword is just a 2H darksteel sword with a special skin. The damage value is at least the same. So if you want to avoid the slut route, you can either find a cave with deep iron and kite around the vampires with a bow, or the new dungeon near the starting beach has a bunch of nodes fairly close to the entrance, if you can take 3 or so nightmares and a reaper. The nightmares have a leap attack that will free them from the scenery if they get stuck, so it's best to use the bow on them, but the reaper you can cheese with a spear from a safe distance.

Personally, I'm not above cheesing combat in this game, considering how broken the enemy scaling seems to be now. YMMV, of course.

My preference has always been to take the Path of the Psycho. I have no qualms about being the first one to resort to violence. :devilish:
