Very grindy. You'll need to run laps to progress content in a way that you want it to progress.

And it's a bit tricky too - game has a lot of routes, and they can intersect weirdly. And 3 of those routes (naive/hot/dom) are VERY swing-oriented, and even in the most non-sharing sub route you'll still will have to actively avoid sharing your wife.

That was the main negative for me - just not my kinks.

It is good and bad at the same time.
The good part is the scenes used, animated scenes, everything feels alive and with corruption and using the control app you slowly progress and continue unlocking different events and scenes, which feels engaging.
The bad part is that you are locked in one of the paths very early in the game without the ability to overwrite that and take a different route, which forced the player to replay the game but start the game on different path and hunt down new scenes, but with exception that most will be repeated.

Overall the game is good quality and polished, but the logic and pathways needs to be refined to make the player more engaged and he could spend more time exploring different thing and paths rather than being locked on certain paths too quickly.

P.S. Stability logic is nightmare, it should be overhaled as we do not want to see game over screens, rather than small punishment for not tracking it.

Wife Adventures - The Control App is a time-management game about a husband and wife and the mind control app that sends their life spiraling out of control.

To get this out of the way, NTR is... wait, I'm not sure. There's a lot of different paths in this game and while NTR is mostly optional, there are scenes that you can basically trip into that throws that to the wayside. I really wish the different paths, the control app, or just a goddamn conversation would set some guidelines for the wife. I was a little annoyed when my wife fucked a random dick in a glory hole at the park, not because she did it mind you, but because the story didn't make her taking her first non-husband dick significant.

Anyway, Wife Adventures is a corruption game at its core. There are four different paths (naive, hot, dom, and sub) which you hop on based on whether you have high or low control and liberty. Past that point, scene finding is based on your wife's sexuality stat which can be manipulated through either events or the control app. There's a mostly complete walkthrough for scene finding included in the game. The gameplay is... there? I can't say much more about it as the stat manipulation is pretty boring.

I guess there's also a debt you're supposed to repay. Seeing as your generous loan sharks allow you to pay whatever you want whenever you want, it's pretty insignificant. I think the only way to fail that part of the game is deliberately.

Fortunately, while the gameplay is pretty garbage, the scenes really save the show. The writing is spot on and the paths that have story progression play a pretty good corruption game, dragging the wife deeper and deeper into lewder territory. There's a decent amount of variety in the paths and honestly there's enough content where you can skip scenes you don't like and still have a good amount of play time. No complaints here.

The image selection is fine. The only hard and fast rule on the wife's appearance appears to be brunette. As such, all of her features differ dramatically based on the chosen model. While this didn't bother me too strenuously, it does feel just a little bit lazy. Nevertheless, most of the images are a good compliment to the writing.

Overall, I wish I liked the game just a little more than I do. While the erotica is pretty top tier, the gameplay mostly just gets in the way. I'd recommend the game to people who like to read their porn, but people looking for crunchy gameplay or complicated pathing shouldn't bother.

Gameplay: 2/5, grindy and it's super easy to get a bad end out of the blue if you aren't checking the stability constantly. Like others say, it should be overhauled, my preference is a purely number system or at least a notification when you reach 1 bar of stability.

Art: 5/5, Amazing selection.

Story: 5/5, One of the most well written stories out in the eroge genre. Everything feels pretty natural and is paced well.

Overall: If this were a VN with branching routes it'd be a 5/5, but the gameplay is pretty boring tbh and fails to be interesting.

Very promising but virtually unplayable for me with the stability stat logic as it currently is. App indicator gives unreliable to nonexistent information about this stat, which can lead to a game over. Get it out of the game or rehaul it.

Really good text based game, story is hot and interesting, several paths to take. A bit of a slow burn at first, then it quickly picks up.
I tried the hotwife path first...the wife didn't get too much action compared to the other paths , nevertheless, still pretty good, but wish hotwife actually gets more "hotwife" action there.
Overall, enjoyable and replay worthy. 5 stars

The story is undoubtably the best on this site. But there are several issues with this game which makes it not worth playing.

The biggest turn off for me is that, although the wife (Sybil) is hot AF she does not appear in maximum scenes (gifs). She only appears during some photoshoots or a couple of blowjob scenes. This just breaks the flow of the story, at one point Sybil is portrait as the hot wife while in other scenes some other random chick is being fu***. I would've been a patreon if Sybil was used in all the scenes.

Apart from that there are a few smaller issues which I would've ignored if Sybil was in most of the scenes:
1) Longer time between updates
2) previous saves don't work
3) Some routes are always buggy and doesn't work
4) No voice, no Video, just a few gifs, it's mostly story

Story wise it's no doubt a 5 star game.

This has been a labour of love with a long time between updates. In saying that, the story is one of the best on the site and the different "types" of wife are full story paths rather than the main story with some scenes missing.

Now that the game is also complete I recommend downloading it and giving it a whirl.

I'm actually surprised by how low this game's rating is, but it sounds like it wasn't very fleshed out and had developmental problems early on. As of now, however, this game has a ton of sexy content. The porn the author uses is excellent.

If you can look past it being a Sugarcube/Twine game, and you're into NTR, I 100% recommend this game to you from one connoisseur to the next.

My biggest problem with this game is the UI and the method of transformation. You use a control app and the mechanics of the app are never fully explained. Two of the main parameters are control and becoming more sexual. I've played this several times and too often get the loss of control and the wife went crazy outcome.

The app never gives me meaningful feedback until it is too late. I've tried to get specific outcomes slut/submissive/dominant outcomes, but I don't really get good feedback on the path till either it's too late or I get a game over. The end result really seems random. Maybe some people that like this game have an intuitive feel for how to get a specific outcome, but I don't.

So, I'm giving up. The idea is interesting and fresh, but the execution is poor. It's just not worth investing the time to play it, if more than half the time I'm getting a long drawn out game over.

A very enjoyable game for those who like this type of genre.

The writing is deceptively good and engaging, and the different storylines all feel believeable and well-paced. The branching paths offer up a significant variety of kinks and preferences. The overall look of the game is visually distinctive and enjoyable, and the photos and gifs are all high-quality and well utilized at the right times.

The game isn't flawless, however. At times, the grind can feel somewhat heavy, especially if you're not familiar with the different paths and mechanics in the game. Personally, I found that after a playthrough of my first path I already had a decent grasp on how to move forward in the game effectively, which severely reduced the amount of time spent trying to progress when playing through different paths. There's also the odd amount of bugs here and there, but nothing major. Development of the game is also somewhat slow, so keep that in mind.

Despite these minor critisisms, the game is a rock solid 4/5 for those who like these types of games. Fantastic experience, with some small rooms for improvement. Highly recommended!

This is a really fun HTML game. It's got tons of content, multiple paths and a surprising level of complexity when it comes to stats and variables.
The story is well written too, and the characters develop in a way that's organic and consistent with the established world. The corruption element is also handled in a way that feels fresh and unique, even when it veers into cliched territory.
I used to read (and love) Crayman's stories on CHYOA, and the writing alone makes this game a must-play. The selection of pictures is also strong, with enough variety to keep you engaged. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

CHYOA version was much more sexy and much less... grindy :/ That's why i would prefer dev to continue writing stories, and stop making games Or maybe start doing VISUAL NOVELS instead of this kind of "sandbox".

Way to much grind like 10 times to much and very repetive. Everything ended in Cuckold or NTR. The BDSM route in the x club is a joke, a very little content only about blacked BJ, Sex and Gbang. MC didnt explore the Club and fuck around and views his wife on a screen.

I’m really enjoying this one. Playing the dom wife route and it’s fun. HTML games on here are usually in one of 2 camps: the ones that are also on TFGames and are sissification/feminization, and those that are about simply controlling and fucking lots of women. The Dom wife path on this one is an enjoyable middle ground for me between these extremes.

I'm liking it... There are a few things that need tweaking tho. Over all, I love the concept and the approach.
I would say the "Hot Wife" route, she'd share more about her daily naughty adventurs. Especially the hardcore modeling. MC would love to hear about that... especially if he is loving watching the camshows. Also, how did she find a regular for her camshows? Is it one of the blokes from the hardcore modeling?

The idea of the control app isn't half bad, and it starts out pretty well imo. But as of now, the whole thing is just a cuckolding simulator. Most of the paths you take don't allow for meaningful variety, just different flavor texts, different behavior from the wife, and a few locked paths.

I've finished naive, sub, and hotwife paths. The modeling part is pretty much the same, and even on the hotwife path, your wife just fucks your colleagues behind your back and you can't even talk about it.
In the camgirl route, even though I maxed out control, the wife just fucked a random dude.

The UI is janky. There's no real order to it, and if you're just trying to click thru some scenes, you'll go the wrong path quite often.


Might have been just me, but after the first BBQ, the neighbor kid, the modeling scenes, I expected a wife sharing, swinging kinda story. Currently, pretty much all paths just guarrantee your wife gets fucked behind your back.
Still, the writing is quite good, the scenes are hot, and I like the premise, and some of the things are executed well.

I do like the game. Story is decent, progress of charachters is alright, game looks very good. There's a good amount of content but it's a shame it gets hardly updated and for the amount of time the game has been out, it doesn't have so much content.

Also, I have to zoom out to see the full screen.
