A kinetic novel has to have a stellar story as well as decent music and art in order to be considered good. For note, a kinetic novel is a visual novel style game presenting the player with limited or no choices at all that affect the story. It's basically just a novel with visuals and sound effects (sfx). So what makes a story good? Four things: The characters, the dialogue, the plot, and the pacing.
The characters are mostly good. The MC and Boss are well-written. You understand what kind of people they are and their motives. Both characters are pieces of shit but they're written to be distinctively different kinds of shit. It's great. The Wife isn't very good. For such an important character, she's just kind of there. You learn she's not being sexually satisfied, but you never really learn anything else about her. She just exists to be fucked, which is a failure for a kinetic novel.
The dialogue is great. It reads like actual people speaking. Not much else needs said about this.
The plot is alright. It's a believable enough situation but fumbles the execution due to the pacing and story length.
The pacing is terrible. On the sex side you grab her ass to her dismay, then grab her tits while she objects, and then you dick her down in the office after she practically begs for you cock. The buildup to each situation doesn't aid with the sex escalation either. On top of that, the overall story accelerates by leaps and bounds. It doesn't go from A to B to C, it goes from A to E to J. Short stories are fine, but you need to write an appropriate plot for a short story; not design what should be a long story and cram it into a short story. To bring up another pacing point, the "sex text" goes on for way too long. It's the opposite problem of the rest of the game. The h-scenes are one still image with ten minutes worth of dialogue that honestly could've been two minutes. If it was four or five notably different images over those ten minutes then that'd be fine, but it's not. Being a kinetic novel is no excuse for lack of visual porn. If you're not going to have many visuals then either write a novel and stop masquerading as visual novel or don't take ten minutes to get to the point.
The art and sfx are lacking. The porn itself is visually wonderful, however there isn't enough of it. The backgrounds used during the storytelling are also limited. Again, if you're not going to have visuals then just write a novel and stop masquerading as visual novel. The sfx are very "rinse and repeat" and has minimal variety, but at least it's there. You've likely heard the same music and sex sounds in other hentai games.
There is no recollection room. This is an h-game standard, you need to have this. There is excuse for one to be absent.
tl;dr: It's not a good kinetic novel due to horrific pacing. Dialogue is great but it's paced so poorly that it brings the entire game down. The art is wonderful. The Wife is attractive and I wish there was more porn of her, but unfortunately this game completely lacks the quantity of porn that the story demands.
