As bigmakxx said, this seems to be a (poor) renpy-ization of Latina Slutwife Trainer. A noble concept, but it needs work before it can be considered something. Main issue is that the writing/translation is bordering on nonsensical. Inconsistent model used for wife's text icon is also not great.
