For this version of the game, nope, not at all. Today, on Steam has been released the "Mofu Mofu Edition": a more complete version of the game - with, seems, lot of things added compared to this - and on the site of Cherry Kiss (one of the publishers) there is the +18 patch that must be applied to the Steam version of the game c:

Wild Romance: Mofu Mofu Edition it will be released on Steam next monday as far as I know

and you can add the uncensor patch 18+ from cherrykissgames for free.

Oh, apparently it was postponed.. since when I checked (16/11) the game somehow was already released. Wonder what problems they've encountered :pokerFace:

Uploading a new version shortly. Fixed some steam issues and removed any steam checks in the game. It still requires the SteamEmu to work due to the game.exe doing a steam check.
