Wine display issues on OSX

I ran wine 3.03 (I think) on Mojave, but it would display games oddly, with a black bar at the top. Thinking that it was Mojave, I downgraded to High Sierra (Fresh install), but I'm still getting that weird black bar that pushes the whole display down.

Any idea on what I could do to fix this?
