You probably need to switch system locale to Japanese or use a locale emulator, and then extract it again

I have this one and I see this is Hedera related. I don't remember how to get it but maybe instead of being mean to Hedera you need to be nice.

Redownload, just in case the issue is a corrupted download
Ensure the system locale is still set to JP before unzipping
Unzip to a shorter path
Delete " - The Magic Academy of Succubi v1.6" from the folder name to further save path space
If that doesn't help I dunno what to tell you.
