i find a solution to this error, it just simple
Resolved after all deleted previous versions of the save file
save file path is C:\Users\--------\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

wanting and releasing are different things.

They will "want to" release at the end of the month to get/keep pledges, but at the end of the month it will be delayed to next month for (fill in the blank) reason. Its a pattern of theirs.
