The progress scale sucks*
at least, if it is me, who works with it.
It has happened more than once or twice that new variables and unknowns invade a seemingly well-thought-out scheme and everything flies... right: to reschedule the update date.
And again we stepped on the same rake. As you may remember, as recently as in the summer, we pleased you with a scale on which we marked the weekly growth of accumulated materials, and then this very scale had disappeared somewhere, but the update never appeared. What's the matter, you may ask, and you will certainly in your right.
The fact is that adding divisions to the scale of 101 and, of course, 200% is somehow stupid. Yes, as they say, during the journey the dog could grow up...
It was originally planned that the upcoming update will include:
- Continuation of the dwarves story. At least two of Jack's trips to the mines as a result of which she will either bring the bearded brats to the surface, or find extremely serious trouble for her beautiful... well, you get it.
Sam and Jack's joint trip to the cemetery in pursuit of the White Lady, where our heroes will plunge
into the cruel games of their own subconscious (one intimate scene with a different number of animations for each is attached).
But, in parallel with the work on the content, we thought a lot about what could disappoint you so much, our dear Patrons in the latest update. And one of the reasons for this phenomenon was recognized by the majority of votes as the absolute linearity of the last update. Where is the gameplay, where are the challenges — we thought, and decided to add something.
As a result, the next update, which will be released in December this year (ugh-ugh-ugh) will include:
- Continuation of the dwarves story. At least two of Jack's trips to the mines as a result of which she will either bring the bearded brats to the surface, or find extremely serious trouble for her beautiful... well, you get it.
Sam and Jack's joint trip to the cemetery in pursuit of the White Lady, where our heroes will plunge into the cruel games of their own subconscious (one intimate scene with a different number of animations for each is attached).
And in addition:
- Jack's solo trip for components for the ritual that opens the entrance to the Abode of the White Lady (adventures in the forest maze, meetings with interesting interlocutors and intimate conversations.)
- Training on the sports ground and new sports achievements.
- An exciting journey through the night cemetery in the maze format, already familiar to you from the slug caves.
I'm sorry, but we will not recalculate the number of pictures, animated scenes and signs. If desired, you will soon be able to do it yourself and share your observations with the public.
