Have you had every conversation with her as you unlock classes for Hermione? Secondly, have you unlocked all the classes for Hermione? I mean the ones with the professor, not the classes you can assign for her day.

Then you should need to Talk to the professor on each subject, both with and without Hermione present in the classroom. I'm pretty sure the With Hermione talks unlock the advanced classes, but the same subjects without her will unlock the Professor's wardrobe options. If I remember correctly.

I can't figure out this game at all. I've been playing for several hours and I have no idea how to increase shame and submission. All lessons, even private ones, are blocked. The game won't let me continue. I can't do anything. Every time I try, I get the message "I'm not ready for this sort of thing." Is the game progress locked? How can I increase these two perks if the game currently doesn't allow me to do anything?

Send her to class via the homework interface on the left. Make sure, that at least one timeslot has no class. During that time slot talk to her and in her chat interface you will see something like "how are your studies going?" use that option. Do that until the next class unlocks, then repeat the process for the next one. Over time you will unlock all classes and with them options to incease submission and shame (i think you have to get to lvl 2 dark arts or maybe it was even lvl 1).
Btw. higher lvls on those homework classes will then also unlock more fashion classes with the milf teacher.

I'm trying as you described. But then this information pops up and there are no other options. It only increases her anger, but she doesn't want to talk about anything else.
You have to talk to her during one of the "no class" times. So for example: send her to one of the homework classes during the "morning" time slot, then advance time to afternoon, if she is not in class then talk to her. So the "how are your studies going?" option only shows up in timeslots with "no class" and only during the same day where you have sent her to class.
Maybe i should have specified it better, that its during the "no class" timeslots.
Hey, can someone tell me were i can he her stats? Traits i found but stats is somthing I can´t find.

Ok. I understand, thanks for the help. I understand now. At some point I was starting to doubt that I had blocked the game's progress.

I forget which is which, but the moon has an outer ring that highlights red for one (traits or stats), and then the middle highlighting blue for the other.
Why don't I look like the one in your photos? I have a 5090 and the graphics seem weak and the brightness is very dark.

I have HDR enabled in Windows 10. In Windows 11, navigate to Settings > System > Display > HDR and toggle the "Use HDR" switch to the "On" position.
