Because the first one is not included in the second one: the second one only has the build up scenes, not the blowjob that was already in the first one.

Last update I've heard of was World Hero Trainer's Artist pulled out (personal reasons) and Villain Trainer's Artist was taking over the artwork duty for it as well. That being said, I've seen little development from this game and it seems to rarely get any progress made.

Played Villain Trainer and it seems amazingly promising. The Art is unique and well done. The writing is sharp and witty. It seems they got the personality of the character right, a feat that not many have accomplished. I will be looking forward for further updates.
