Popped up in my head and now I have to satisfy my morbid curiousity despite my better judgement...

It doesn't matter whether its a true game ending or just a game over ending, what is the most fucked up fate you've seen happen to a character?

Bible Black had the fairly unique twist that the first time you play it you can only get bad endings and have to play a second time to get a good ending... okay good might be an exaggeration but acceptable ending
