Would Fantia be a good alternative to Patreon?

Given Patreon current restrictions on adult contents, would Fantia be a better option given that it could operate overseas? I read their terms of services and it doesn't seem like they have creative restrictions. They accept Visa and Mastercard, and their credit card processing service is VeriTrans Co., Ltd.
