So say, in an adult game,
if there is a girl who is absolute 100% innocent at the start,
but by the end of the game, she becomes completly corrupted.
Would you find it guilty to corrupt an innocent girl or rather find it a challenge?

One example of this games that impresses me most is the "Witch Trainer".
I actually find it depressing after I have corrupted the innocent Hermione in the game...

Honestly, this is the reason why I don't enjoy Witch Trainer as much anymore and prefer trainer games where the corruptee is an asshole or at least arrogant. Because if you think about it, Witch Trainer is a story about a clique of teachers sexually grooming their barely-legal students. A bit creepy. Then again, I don't mind that in a NTR story like the NTRPG games, but I go into those with a different mindset.

It's the barely legal part that bugs me about that game, yes, although admittedly Hermione doesn't look very young in that game. It's still better than Princess Trainer, where you force Jasmine to take classes to brainwash her into being subservient. At least Hermione can say no (and does) -- but gives in anyway eventually and likes it.

Star Channel is the best in that regard -- no one is forced.

Not neccessarily. One of the aspects of corruption in a lot of these games goes with preying on peoples' insecurities, it just so happens that "be a slut" is what porn games use to fill that hole in these characters' lives most of the time. Its hardly masterful writing most of the time because at the end of the day we need a sex scene every ten minutes or tiny monke brain checks out, but it's called corruption for a reason.

As far as the thread topic goes I think that public use and reputation related corruption and all that is a bit much for my tastes. I fully understand it and I'm not criticizing anybody that has those interests, but for me a big part of the appeal is taking 'attractive character x' and keeping her to yourself. If the slut part happens between the MC and this character (or withing the main cast loosely I guess) and behind closed doors then sure, great. But making part of the story is just making someone miserable for no reason other than 'this is good for you trust me' (your example of Witch Trainer is good for this) is - at best - an annoying obstacle to have to sit through to see the stuff that might actually interest me. But then that whole aspect of these games usually comes off as TRYING to make you feel uncomfortable and like a bad person, especially with Akabur's stuff. Witch Trainer specifically has a more somber soundtrack it uses whenever Hermoine starts crying or just snaps entirely; it's just that more people are receptive to it than others.

But this only really applies to characters that can actually be called characters. If someone's Honey Select OC that is basically tits-on-legs and little else suddenly started drinking semen instead of water then I don't really see the difference and couldn't care less (see Corruption).

I disagree. I don't like rape games or games where someone is forced into it or mind controlled or such. You would say I have a "pussy heart" but so be it. Maybe I do. Maybe I don't like pretending to hurt someone else. That has never been a fantasy of mine.

I like games where the girl is given incentives to do things, and then they get more and more extreme. She can always say no, but she eventually gives in and learns to love it and look forward to it. It's her choice.

I don't feel guilty in games, but in reality I do. But I wish I didn't feel guilty in the real world either, because emotions only hurt you. Others use emotional people like me.

It's just different flavors of corruption.

Corrupting an innocent little girl could be vile, but it's rarely framed this way. Usually, it just proceeds like you are sexually liberating them or something. I don't really like this, especially if the MC is delusional about their own nature.

Corrupting a good, pure woman is more fun. This more often has the framing where you are desecrating a pure thing. You know, like devout knights, nuns, devoted housewives, etc.

Corrupting a powerful woman is the most fun. They could be haughty, bitchy, conceited, selfish, or whatever. Personally, I don't really care one way or another if they deserve it. The thing I like is bringing down this high class woman and turning them into a "pig bitch" lol.

Anyways, I never feel bad in tropey corruption stories that are unrealistic (which is most of them). It's just a fantasy trope. I like tropes like "happy rape" where woman eventually succumb to their "female nature" and end up in a happy mind broken state. I do feel uncomfortable when things are too realistic.

Obviously no, wouldn't feel guilty... it is just a game and it is important to be able to separate fantasy from reality.

Personally I've never liked sadistic degradation or harming others, I'm more of a benevolent dictator, I'd seek brutal vengeance against anyone that abuses my sluts lol.

This right here. First we need to know whats "innocent"? Is it just shes never had any romantic or sexual experiences? Because helping someone find the kink theyre into is healthy and good for the relationship. Imagine dating a girl thats sexually vanilla and "innocent", teaching her about sex is "corrupting" her but isnt it nice for her to know more about her body and what she likes? I never played Witch Hunter but if I took a wholesome girl and corrupted her I would feel terrible. If MC had empathy for the girl he would want her to treat sex as an adventure to explore together as a team. To "Corrupt" her would mean he does not care about her and is likely even more corrupt than she would be.
