If the story is good enough sure, personally i do not found this choice relevant to decide if i play the game or not
Would you play a fantasy (orc, elf, human) game where you'd HAVE to choose whether white or black characters have bigger dicks?

I'm sort-of into the interracial thing but combining it with fantasy tropes is most unorthodox. At most you might see orcs used as a stand-in for the savage dark-skin foreigner.

Frankly I probably wouldn't bother playing a game that offers such a choice...
Here's the thing: the whole 'who has the biggest dick' sounds really pointless and childishly juvenile in real life and much more so when referring to games made with 3D models.....
As in dude, really, who cares?
On top of that I'd have to ask myself: can somebody this childish and this obsessed with trivial concerns produce an interesting story?
Logically the answer would be: probably not. Pass.
