Basically I am creating adult game with multiple episodes, all different from each other.
I already have ideas but wanna see if there's interesting stuff from the players.

For example, one of the episode's gameplay is about " Shotas racing via riding their own moms". And yes, the gameplay mechanism is about the shota mc using his mom as horse ( equipments, foods etc important upgrades ) and racing with local shotas. If mc won the race, he stole the worst performing shota's mom.

I've always believed that management and adult games should go perfectly together. It's honestly the best genre for adult games since it's usually just menu based. Typically, most games that use management mechanics tend to be just prostitution based game. I think that's a shame really. Management has so much more to offer if one just uses a bit of imagination. Take Lab Rats 2 as an example of this.

So, what I really wanna see is more management mechanics in games that DON'T feature prostitution. Something like training your personal harem of gladiator slaves for example.

Another example could be a mind control game where the girls you corrupt can be assigned to work various jobs. Some can work jobs in your home, while others work jobs across the city, earning you money and opportunities while growing your own power. I think The Gift Reloaded was preparing to do something similar to this before it was abandoned.

Either way, hgames have always been always lacking in stimulation when it comes to gameplay, so you could honestly pick any mechanic and actually put the effort in polishing it instead of hoping they'll just play for the porn (they will, but still)

I personally like when a game has alot of stats, so I'd suggest creating a large set of stat and skill checks, it doesnt have to be in a classic fantasy rpg enviorment, if you're familiar, something like long live the queen.

Make sure to develop each properly, make fun and unique ways of grinding away at them that doent feel too grindy
Actually utilize them, like every single one you create, don't just focus on one.

By doing this properly, you could give the player and yourself a wide range of possibilities for endings, and make a simple gameplay loop that doesnt take too much programming skill

Pair it up with good dating mechanics you might get a good game.
