It kinda starts loading but then doesn't open and just leaves me a log.txt with this

Someone already add the issue, clean everything in 'AppData\Roaming\RenPy\WTM_Academy' and the 'saves' directory.
Maybe mods causes this, maybe not, we couldn't determine what it was but the game is enable to load some datas.

The last version I have of this game is 0.20d where I installed the mods, can someone tell me if these mods work with this latest version? Or do I have to download them again?
The mods should still work.
Might wanna check for mod-updates depending on when you downloaded.
Also the main game isn't ~too far away from 0.23.

That's pretty weird, but didn't expected you could go that high in relationship, nice job ^^
From rought calculations I made, 161 relationship should ends up around a ~3300$/month contract.
The sponsor might terminate the contract when the difference is over 500$/month so yeah that explains it, I think that the issue is that the relationship is so high that any change + rng make a big difference and cross thresholds.
I've added a margin based on the actual contract price, in your case that would have lead to a pacific renegociation instead of a complete angry termination ^^

I'll answer the best I can,
1. I've never seen a relationship score that high, nor the 'weeks left' for that matter.
If you messed with something to artificially raise the scores, then that would answer the question of why.
Otherwise, if you had terminated a contract at some point, that might have messed with something in the ren'py equation, but I think you'd have to have played a while for that to happen.
TL;DR: Idk, really.
2. Negative actions provide pressure. I'd suggest turning on debug if you want a more exact sense of what negative actions do. The game does re-sort actions top to bottom based on positive to negative scores. So if you do the action lowest on the bodypart list, that'll generally lead you to pressure (unless the girl is completely corrupt/high naturism/high affection. You can check that on your pc summary page(s).)

When i was playing first time, i wanted to gain as much girls as possible. PTA Meeting gives +2 +4 +8 girls. This ended with a lot of girls with high intellect and without affection. But now i decided to not take anyone new. Played with only 6. And because they are often in class, they always distracted - not making any answers - intellect not rising.
Now i think - the best way is training six starting "good girls", receive PTA votes and only after that to accept new group

Players have a tendency to stack a big number of girlz but it higly disturbs the flow of the game.
The actual "stable gameplay way" is to play/up the 6 base girls and then make them graduate/accept new girls in low numbers ^^
Future updates will rework that, allowing the player to do scheduling to be able to interract with the girls you want and better managing the progress of the girlz

Dear Developer and Modders, please think about some gameplay features:
1. My girls came to school without panties. When they choose jeans - they still can be without panties, when i remove jeans. I wish there was a Rule - panties mandatory. I need possibility to take of steel them every time.
2. When i choose School Uniform rule, there must be second variant of this form (and with panties)
3. I dont know where to spend money - i wish to upgrade something or buy presents (clothes) for girls.
4. When i pay 500 $ for photoshoot, i expect that girl to buy new clothes for her wardrobe.
5. I cant understand - why girls are going to school totally naked. They must wear at least something.
6. Discipline rises to slow. When i spank (slap) - i wish to see results.
