If you don't have the base girls and vids packs downloaded, will the game still run with just downloaded girl packs?

The vid packs are needed, but doing pretty fine with no base girls and only downloaded girl packs.

What is your source on that? Afaik that build is still very much WIP with only some patrons kitbashing/playtesting it.
In fact last post on Patreon, almost two weeks ago, seems to be a POLL related to adjustments on that particular build in fact, no signs of a release.
