I forgot this game existed, I suspect I skipped past it a few times because of the cartoon like images on the front page, that said it's well worth a look, there's several hours of polished content at this stage, the writing is top notch and the characters are mostly believable. There's also an active modding community working with the dev. In terms of gameplay you can try to bed as many women as possible whilst trying to avoid transformation content, work your way to the top of the corporate heap hoping the occasional demonstration of gender swapping pills don't long term effects on you or just embrace it and see what happens. There seems to be LOADS more content planned and I'm actually interested in how the storyline pans out.

Quality wise it's very solid. Lot of work, put together very nicely. Downright professional.

My only gripes are personal preference, largely. Mostly with the writing. But with a few other things. Like access to saves. It'd be nice to be able to always save. Especially since there are one-time scenes.

But other than that, for what it is, very solid. I will warn people, the tone is a bit much at times. It's kinda of... well, 4chan, I guess. Makes sense, considering the gimmick. But it'll drop like 'alpha' and 'chad', and sort of expect people to take the use of these terms seriously. It's very gender essentialist in general, really. Which is weird as hell considering the premise. It's very straight man, I guess. Heteronormative, if you want me to get academic with it. Male characters all have this sort of greasy patina to them. There's misogyny at play. It's not as weird about black dudes as it COULD be... but it still is.

It's all a bit tonally dissonant for a game that you'd think would be queer as hell, and not particularly concerned with gender essentialism. Seeing as gender literally doesn't matter in universe, you take someone and just swap the body. Clearly it wouldn't matter.

But again, that does fit with the premise, the whole 'X-change' thing. That's how that little bit of contrived niche fetish shit went. It's just sort of unfortunate. Feels like a bit of a waste of the initial setting.

But hey, like I always say. Ain't nothin gayer than a straight dude.

Great game so far with great future potential.

First time writing a review on the site, seems only fair that I do it for my favorite game on here.

This game just oozes quality, it has frequent updates and substantial ones at that. It is apparent that the dev is fully committed to the project and is open to criticism and feedback. Great selection of scenes aswell, games with real porn in them can be hit or miss, but this one is really good!

It's the perfect mix of game and porn, not too much of either so you never feel like you'd rather be playing a normal game or just watching porn instead. Even without the sexual content I feel like it could be a fun game on it's own.

Every time a new update drops I debate whether or not I should play it - not because it's bad, but because it's so good! I want to save it for the future when there's more for me to enjoy.

This is an excellent game. If you enjoy the fetish, you will love this too. The HTML/Real Porn format does not hinder it. Development is steady, and each update is pretty meaty.
So year, for me its an 5/5 game.

This game is vastly overrated. It draws you in with the polished interface and cartoonized IRL images, but everything else is mediocre. It's one of the grindiest games I've played and the grind leads nowhere special.
"wow i just unlocked a new bland vanilla sex scene". For real??? The MC lives with a stepsister and a stepfater and even building relationship with those is a grindfest struggle from HELL for nothing more than seeing their repeating text lines change once or twice after you grinded at it for HOURS.

Furthermore, to do those several sex positions and thingies, there is either a dumb RNG dice roll or some annoying minigame. Like pile boxes or other stupid shit like that. I'm not joking. If your idea of top-tier lewd game is to pile freaking boxes over and over again, by all means, this is for you. If not, avoid like the plague.

Oh and the 6GB+ content is nowhere to be seen. I'm suspecting the uninspired encoding of videos takes most of that space or some of those stupid minigames. It has not much of anything. The world is very limited and likewise limited is what the player's character can do in it. You'll explore it very fast, the rest is mindless grind for the aforementioned garbage, like vanilla sex positions lol.

If you find the male to female transformation premise arousing there are other games, even only in the HTML segment that are much much better than this. Just look for those rated 3+ stars. Even though those aren't some masterpieces either, I guarantee that in comparison are much much better than this.

Lastly, I don't think this rating I gave now will ever change. I don't see any future potential in this game no matter how many GB of """content""" will they add. This being the main reason of why I even bother rating it. If you suffer through it you'll see what I mean. Everything that is built on that premise takes uninspired directions, so for it to reclaim some potential would have to rid of mostly everything. It would be left only with the premise, the images and the like 5 locations or so. Not happening.

X-Change™ Life is one of the better games you'll find on this website, and is easily shaping up to be the best real-porn game, period. Honestly, I already think it is the best real-porn game out there but to be fair this game is still far from finished so it's still lacking in parts.

It manages to stay consistently fun and addicting by being a bit of a life sim with impressively well-implemented RPG systems to keep you constantly working towards bettering your character. The best game features, I think, are the ones dealing with character actions (charming people, working out, boning strangers, etc). There are various minigames for all sorts of actions and it goes a long way towards making the gameplay feel more involving and therefore fun.

I'm honestly somewhat overwhelmed writing this review, because there are tons of features worth highlighting. I especially want to point out the quality of the writing which is *very* above average when it comes to the world of degenerate video games. Really, there's just a lot to this game and I recommend anyone even vaguely interested in it to try it. It's super easy, you can play it on your browser so just give it a go.

I've been playing this one over the past couple years or so, watching it grow, and I'm excited to see what comes next. I was compelled to finally write a review because the dev won me over *hard* with this really dumb, obscure reference to a goofy nature documentary from the 90s. It genuinely made, like, my whole week. Now I'm watching this stupid old kid's documentary that I haven't seen in like 25 years and grinning like a fucking idiot

Superb so far, eagerly awaiting more content. A really good game. I'd prefer if less scenes were locked behind specific bodys, and maybe more intereactivity in the world, like options to talk to cousin/stepfather at night, but overall fantastic.

One of the best games I`ve played. Great game play, good amount of content, amazing images and videos, I loved the 90s vibes and AI combined. 5 stars.

The mini games gameplay are simple and fast to play, I just think the EXP shouldn`t be related with the time spent in minigames (x10 combos, for example)

Almost all adults games suffer from lack of quest flow/tracking. The game should have some guides for all quests and content that I can see, not only an achievement tab, it isn`t enough.

Can`t wait for more content, keep the good wwork.

if you like x-change content at all you will love this game. incredible amount of content with even more from the modding community, genuinely fun mini-games, solid writing and choice of imagery. it might not be for everyone, but if it's for you it's one of the best.

the best game I've found so far. the plot is very interesting and not at all obvious. excellent alternation between mini-games, texts and settings. many variations that never get boring. excellent graphic solutions.

Amazing game. Tons of content / re-play ability. Extremely hot. 10/10.

Too grindy. After you get bored of mini games, use cheats imo.

Some constructive criticism:

Should be able to change with New-U even as a girl (not with mod, just built in). Portable New-U. Should be able to change into different guys with machine as well (as a girl).

Some scenes seem too strict to achieve. Should be better in game hints. I can't seem to get any of the gym scenes.

There should be a sorter in outfits based on stats (Slutty, durability, etc). When changing girls, clicking on the default outfits resets when you change girls. Should save.

Cheat options for guys you bring home would be nice (grindy aspect).

More stepdad / stepsis content, please!

As a trans woman, this dials into a very specific fantasy for me, and executes it really well. It leaves me deeply envious of the lives of the characters who can pop a single pill and experiment for a day, a month, or just get the full transformation right off the bat (still waiting for the permanent pill implementation, and really looking forward to it).

While I am definitely interested to see where and how the background story plays out, the existing life sim system does not leave me wanting, and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing. Thank you for all the work you've put in so far, and the work coming down the pipeline.

This is without a shadow of a doubt, the best game of the genre (and I dare say, -- and of course --, without disparaging the other developers, this game is better than many other games). It has great writing, very well developed and an infinite variety of possibilities. Thank you for all your effort, for all the love and care you put into the game. The only thing I would love to see in the game is: the option to choose characters, for example: white man/black woman and black man/white woman.

NOTE: I've been following you for a while, but I was only able to give you feedback today after playing the game in more depth.

It's like every other web-based "visual novel" out there, but also the main gameplay mechanic is wordle. All of the visuals are irl porn with a weird ai filter over it, at the very least the actors are consistent for scenes and the dialogue matches. Don't play this if you're trans genuinely a dystopia.

This is my review for this game as someone who's played since it was first made public.

This is a very unique gender swap game that doesn't lock you into one gender, nor does it slowly physically transform you, but instead you take pills to instantly swap genders typically for a short period of time from just a scene to up to an in game month.

The developer shows their dedication to this game through the quality put into the content by adding tons of photos, videos, dialogue. You will be surprised that despite the scenes being based on real pornstars, they don't use different actresses for the same characters which is very immersion breaking when developers do this and instead just randomly picks different gifs to use.

The one major flaw in this game is the developer has been solely focused on the base of the game such as random encounters, pills, clothes, and other general gameplay relate changes. Because of the focus on the base game the main story, side stories, and non-generic NPCs are pretty flat and undeveloped.

TLDR: While the story is not there yet, the rest the game has been developing with enough promise and potential to earn 5/5 stars

Edit: for those who might find it dull, it is still in development by one person, however check out the mods for it helps add some spice to the game.

so I can't even call this a "game" there is no real story, the "game" just repeats the same few scenes over and over, the mini game get annoying quickly, although they can be switched off, there seems to be no clear story, you don't have any goals, you can move from place to place in a "sandbox" style, but you have no clear reason to go anywhere, you go to these places just because, and when it comes to the sex scenes, they just the same few porn clips over and over.
this is probably the worst game on this site, as there isn't anything to do except watch teh same boring clips over and over, and the game practially forces you to switch into the female and get fucked, as playing as the male is boring with hardly any scenes at all, no one wants to play as the female and just get fucked over and over again, worst game ever made, no effort put in at all by the devs, just scenes ripped from porn bub, I really wish I could score lower than 1, as this game deserves nagative stars, even zero would be too high a score for this

The game is a combination of very polished presentation, a few interesting but repetitive set-pieces, and some structural flaws that limit its appeal to me.

The Good

• The presentation of the game is somewhere between good to great throughout. Navigation is intuitive and consistent. The primary game loop is easy enough to follow and has decent quality of life and usability features.
  
  
• The writing is consistent and competent throughout, though its implementation in the larger vignettes begins to suffer from "wall of text" syndrome.
  
  
• Visuals are well selected, and generally consistent. The game includes a mix of static images and videos that vary based on the persona you select during character creation. Occasionally the videos used are "generic", but that's only to be expected and hardly noticeable.
  
  
• Some content flagging is available by default. For example, if you don't want to deal with pregnancy content, you don't have to.

The "meh"

• The bulk of the "gameplay" comes down to 4-5 repetitive minigames (with a bit of stat juggling tacked on). The quality varies wildly. Some are well-implemented and thought-out, like the Wordle clone in the "Secretary" loop. Others are shallow and baffling, like the "stripping" implementation. In general, a good chunk of the "playing" time will be spent tapping keys to keep a bar in some location or another, or solving some abstracted tile puzzle while a related porn video plays somewhere in the background (behind the puzzle interface). In fairness, these minigames can be disabled, but then the "game" part of the game disappears almost entirely.
  
  
• The "sales job" segment is the most developed of the bunch, with some additional systems layered on to make things a bit more interesting. However, the generic "make a sale" experience quickly boils down to memorizing spreadsheets and navigating the same set of questions for each sale, with the ever-present minigame popping in occasionally to remind you that you can't escape its embrace - except that there's no porn this time around. The "sales demo" vignettes do occasionally break up the tedium, but get repetitive very quickly.

The stuff that just doesn't work for me

• The game is a directionless "sandbox". Your character has no goals and there's no lasting impact to anything that they chose to do or not do. There are a couple vague nods at some sort of narrative, but why the player character should care a whit about it is unclear.
  
  
• The various scenes and vignettes scattered around the world are extremely static. The 20th time you duck into the work closet for a quickie will play out the same way the as the 1st time. You can keep going back to the "stripping" well for months of in-game time, but the same exact content will be there waiting for you. And with a few exceptions, the scenes you can find on day 50 are exactly the same as those you can find on day 1.
  
  
• Related to the above, there's almost no sense of character progression or world reactivity. Yes, some numbers change in the background to reflect that your character is now 10% better at giving blowjobs, but that has no noticeable impact on your character's in-game experience. The character's perception of themselves is either static, or invisible. The one outlier here is the workplace "reputation" system, and even that's extremely shallow.
  
  
• The "static" nature of the game seems baked into the fundamental design. Many scenes are gated by a specific pill the character takes, essentially overriding their personality with a completely different, ready-made character. Do you want to be a slutty secretary for 5 mins? Take this pill. Do you want your character to gradually develop into a slutty secretary? Sorry, no can do.

Ultimately the game is very well-put together, and at times interesting and creative. But the directionless, shallow, consequence-free structure quickly sours the experience for me.
