if you like x-change content at all you will love this game. incredible amount of content with even more from the modding community, genuinely fun mini-games, solid writing and choice of imagery. it might not be for everyone, but if it's for you it's one of the best.

the best game I've found so far. the plot is very interesting and not at all obvious. excellent alternation between mini-games, texts and settings. many variations that never get boring. excellent graphic solutions.

Amazing game. Tons of content / re-play ability. Extremely hot. 10/10.

Too grindy. After you get bored of mini games, use cheats imo.

Some constructive criticism:

Should be able to change with New-U even as a girl (not with mod, just built in). Portable New-U. Should be able to change into different guys with machine as well (as a girl).

Some scenes seem too strict to achieve. Should be better in game hints. I can't seem to get any of the gym scenes.

There should be a sorter in outfits based on stats (Slutty, durability, etc). When changing girls, clicking on the default outfits resets when you change girls. Should save.

Cheat options for guys you bring home would be nice (grindy aspect).

More stepdad / stepsis content, please!

As a trans woman, this dials into a very specific fantasy for me, and executes it really well. It leaves me deeply envious of the lives of the characters who can pop a single pill and experiment for a day, a month, or just get the full transformation right off the bat (still waiting for the permanent pill implementation, and really looking forward to it).

While I am definitely interested to see where and how the background story plays out, the existing life sim system does not leave me wanting, and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing. Thank you for all the work you've put in so far, and the work coming down the pipeline.

This is without a shadow of a doubt, the best game of the genre (and I dare say, -- and of course --, without disparaging the other developers, this game is better than many other games). It has great writing, very well developed and an infinite variety of possibilities. Thank you for all your effort, for all the love and care you put into the game. May you be enlightened and continue developing this enjoyable game. All the success in the world to you!

The only thing I would love to see in the game is: the option to choose characters, for example: white man/black woman and black man/white woman.

NOTE: I've been following you for a while, but I was only able to give you feedback today after playing the game in more depth.

It's like every other web-based "visual novel" out there, but also the main gameplay mechanic is wordle. All of the visuals are irl porn with a weird ai filter over it, at the very least the actors are consistent for scenes and the dialogue matches. Don't play this if you're trans genuinely a dystopia.

This is my review for this game as someone who's played since it was first made public.

This is a very unique gender swap game that doesn't lock you into one gender, nor does it slowly physically transform you, but instead you take pills to instantly swap genders typically for a short period of time from just a scene to up to an in game month.

The developer shows their dedication to this game through the quality put into the content by adding tons of photos, videos, dialogue. You will be surprised that despite the scenes being based on real pornstars, they don't use different actresses for the same characters which is very immersion breaking when developers do this and instead just randomly picks different gifs to use.

The one major flaw in this game is the developer has been solely focused on the base of the game such as random encounters, pills, clothes, and other general gameplay relate changes. Because of the focus on the base game the main story, side stories, and non-generic NPCs are pretty flat and undeveloped.

TLDR: While the story is not there yet, the rest the game has been developing with enough promise and potential to earn 5/5 stars

Edit: for those who might find it dull, it is still in development by one person, however check out the mods for it helps add some spice to the game.

so I can't even call this a "game" there is no real story, the "game" just repeats the same few scenes over and over, the mini game get annoying quickly, although they can be switched off, there seems to be no clear story, you don't have any goals, you can move from place to place in a "sandbox" style, but you have no clear reason to go anywhere, you go to these places just because, and when it comes to the sex scenes, they just the same few porn clips over and over.
this is probably the worst game on this site, as there isn't anything to do except watch teh same boring clips over and over, and the game practially forces you to switch into the female and get fucked, as playing as the male is boring with hardly any scenes at all, no one wants to play as the female and just get fucked over and over again, worst game ever made, no effort put in at all by the devs, just scenes ripped from porn bub, I really wish I could score lower than 1, as this game deserves nagative stars, even zero would be too high a score for this

The game is a combination of very polished presentation, a few interesting but repetitive set-pieces, and some structural flaws that limit its appeal to me.

The Good

• The presentation of the game is somewhere between good to great throughout. Navigation is intuitive and consistent. The primary game loop is easy enough to follow and has decent quality of life and usability features.
  
  
• The writing is consistent and competent throughout, though its implementation in the larger vignettes begins to suffer from "wall of text" syndrome.
  
  
• Visuals are well selected, and generally consistent. The game includes a mix of static images and videos that vary based on the persona you select during character creation. Occasionally the videos used are "generic", but that's only to be expected and hardly noticeable.
  
  
• Some content flagging is available by default. For example, if you don't want to deal with pregnancy content, you don't have to.

The "meh"

• The bulk of the "gameplay" comes down to 4-5 repetitive minigames (with a bit of stat juggling tacked on). The quality varies wildly. Some are well-implemented and thought-out, like the Wordle clone in the "Secretary" loop. Others are shallow and baffling, like the "stripping" implementation. In general, a good chunk of the "playing" time will be spent tapping keys to keep a bar in some location or another, or solving some abstracted tile puzzle while a related porn video plays somewhere in the background (behind the puzzle interface). In fairness, these minigames can be disabled, but then the "game" part of the game disappears almost entirely.
  
  
• The "sales job" segment is the most developed of the bunch, with some additional systems layered on to make things a bit more interesting. However, the generic "make a sale" experience quickly boils down to memorizing spreadsheets and navigating the same set of questions for each sale, with the ever-present minigame popping in occasionally to remind you that you can't escape its embrace - except that there's no porn this time around. The "sales demo" vignettes do occasionally break up the tedium, but get repetitive very quickly.

The stuff that just doesn't work for me

• The game is a directionless "sandbox". Your character has no goals and there's no lasting impact to anything that they chose to do or not do. There are a couple vague nods at some sort of narrative, but why the player character should care a whit about it is unclear.
  
  
• The various scenes and vignettes scattered around the world are extremely static. The 20th time you duck into the work closet for a quickie will play out the same way the as the 1st time. You can keep going back to the "stripping" well for months of in-game time, but the same exact content will be there waiting for you. And with a few exceptions, the scenes you can find on day 50 are exactly the same as those you can find on day 1.
  
  
• Related to the above, there's almost no sense of character progression or world reactivity. Yes, some numbers change in the background to reflect that your character is now 10% better at giving blowjobs, but that has no noticeable impact on your character's in-game experience. The character's perception of themselves is either static, or invisible. The one outlier here is the workplace "reputation" system, and even that's extremely shallow.
  
  
• The "static" nature of the game seems baked into the fundamental design. Many scenes are gated by a specific pill the character takes, essentially overriding their personality with a completely different, ready-made character. Do you want to be a slutty secretary for 5 mins? Take this pill. Do you want your character to gradually develop into a slutty secretary? Sorry, no can do.

Ultimately the game is very well-put together, and at times interesting and creative. But the directionless, shallow, consequence-free structure quickly sours the experience for me.

Still in the early stages of development, but has enough content to keep you interested for quite a while. But it also supports mods and they keep growing, adding new girls to play, events, pills etc. If you like the base game, I'd suggest to try mods for sure. The interface feels really nice, there are some minigames that are implemented very well and aren't annoying at all, but you can skip them if you want (which will make a dice roll base on your stats). The game clearly has a lot of potential and is quite unique in it's way with temporary pills which makes it really fun to play. The dev is very open about development and shows progress regulary. Overall it's one of my favorite game so far.

I am surprised by how much I, who does not enjoy MtF kink, love this game. Although MtF is such a heavy, unavoidable theme, its system of minigames is perfect for that cocktail of dub-con, reluctance, and corruption kinks that come from making risky choices with sexy consequences. Unlike many games which get railroaded down 2-4 "paths," X-Change Life uses a dynamic system of stats so that there are always in-game incentives for winning and always ways to restore any mistakes. Minigames change in difficulty depending on the character's skills and situation, and there are almost always benefits for partial successes. Rather than a "lose to see the porn" situation, it genuinely feels like I'm trying to win, but the difficulty and my overconfidence cause enough mistakes to reach the bad end scenes.

The character progression is good. Three main stats and several sexual skills can earn XP via a "learn by doing" approach. Money is another avenue for progression, and a few specific characters and settings keep track of reputation. The progression is slow enough to encourage taking risks to speed up the process, but not so slow that the grinding overshadows the content.

Not only does the in-universe character have several options for seeking or avoiding trouble, the player also gets to choose how to work through challenges: all minigames can be skipped with a simple die-roll. Playing the minigame rewards more xp, and gives the player more control over the outcome, while die-roll is fast, convenient, and only depends on the character's skill (not the player's).

Video clips are cut to perfect length (not too-short gifs) and curated to match the situation. They usually play in the background of the minigame to keep the gameplay sexy, but also leaves a moment to view without the time pressure. Most of the porn is straight porn. For players who wish to keep their character male 100% of the time, there is limited content. For those not interested in MtF kink, I recommend using the transformation tactically as a way to get ahead in stats and money, and role-play it like that.

I have not progressed much in the story, because I'm less interested in trying to understand the sci-fi explanations for a kink I'm not into. The main story can be grind-y; I recommended creating an informal schedule to divvy up time between character progression and advancing the story.

Updates thus far have been steady, and new content is strong while integrating nicely with older content.

Shocked how good this is!

Love how cohesive all the stylized elements are. The setting is so creative and fun instead of being a boring grey city. Mini-games are surprisingly not annoying, the lemon stand is my favorite by far.

My only complaint is how long some sequences take. Most got on for just a tad too long in my opinion.

Keeping this short because the game is, and because I haven't grinded everthing there is.

Outstanding gameplay for a text based game. Lot's of fun and unique minigames, that can optinally be skipped with stats, which is a very clever way to handle the repeatedness of those games.

The whole concept of the game (basically gender morphing) was very new to me and while it's not a direct fetish of mine, it is definitely fun to swap between playing a male and female character.

Scenes are also well picked and integrated. Huge props to the dev

Some things I would improve:
Hints or a quest log for all those scenes that basically require a walkthrough or insane grind to get. This is mainly an issue for people who try hard to get every scene in the game. It does not require restarting but it requires lot's of trial and error.

The world also feels very empty, which is understandable considering the early stage of the game. I just hope the dev fills it well. I am sure he will.


After playing hundreds of nsfw game, this game still surprised me with clever mechanics and overall just good design. I'm very curious about what else will come.

A unique and fun game with some clever gameplay mechanics.

The 'Overview' of the game is extremely short. More detail really needs to be added so that players know what they are getting themselves into.

The city where the game takes place is a heavily pornified society (developer's own words). Porn logic reigns supreme with this game which means several things:

#1 - Most females in the game are treated like sex objects ("a piece of meat" which is even mentioned in-game)
#2 - The game has "chads" (male playboys) which are very difficult to resist while playing as a female. This means that you could be forced into sexual situations without your consent. If you have a moderate to high horniness or fail one resistance check, you are having sex with the guy and cannot get out of it. Note: There are game options to deal with this but they aren't enabled by default and IMO damage the intent of the game too much.
#3 - Females are treated poorly in the game overall, especially by chads. You will be flooded with crude, rude, and lewd comments constantly.
#4 - Females are sometimes offered money for sex. This was quite shocking and off putting. I can understand if I was wearing prostitution/high sluttiness clothing but I wasn't. I never acted in a way that would lead to this.

The game heavily favors playing as a female in v0.17a. There are lots of features for females that aren't available to males. For example, females can invite males they've given their phone number to over for sex. Males don't have this option. Females have clothing options, males don't.

The author is really detailed about certain things yet neglects obvious things. For example, females with large breasts have to worry about boob fatigue/soreness and there are clothing options and objects in the game to help with that. Yet you can give a girl unlimited alcoholic drinks at the bar and she never gets drunk or says no to more drinks.

The real porn video quality is damaged by some weird filter that the author uses on them. It looks OK with the pictures but it damages the video quality too much IMO. It makes the videos look like 480p low bitrate scenes you'll find on many porn sites.

Some areas of the game are very light on content currently:

Beach, Jungle, Working out, Cleaning, Sister-in-law, Father

Some of the dialog options are also mostly placeholders without much development:

Mutual Interests, Take them down a peg, etc.

The game is still in it's early stages but there is plenty of content to play through currently.

There are plenty of pluses to the game as well.

The porn actors are well chosen with good scenes. The writing is excellent and the game has many unique aspects to it. The gender bending pills are fun and implemented very well. The sales job content is excellent. The sex is fun and engaging with good gameplay mechanics. The game is a unique addition to this site and I was happy to not see the same stuff over and over again!

The developer is very talented and puts out good content. I can't wait to see new content and features added to the game! With more development, the game can definitely reach 5 star potential!

Overall, I'm impressed by the game but it still has a ways to go. I recommend the game as long as you are OK with the premise and game world it takes place in. Best of luck to the author on future development!

Honestly one of the best games in here.
The gameplay is fun, working(*) at your job is fun, interacting with the npcs is fun(**), and the mini-games are a nice way to make the situations immersive. This game is so good, give it a go.
(*) - The deal with having to demonstrate every product in order to sell is taking some control away from me, I think the option to do it for a bonus should happen more often, even though the demonstrations are really(REALLY) well made and fun to play.
(**) - It would be nice to have more content for masculine MCs, such as calling the girls you've gotten a number from , more partner options, female co-workers who you can hit on, learning more sex positions, but I understand the focus of the game is getting transformed into a girl and living as such.
I'm really looking forwards to the next updates, this one is a gem.

One of the better "Real Porn" games out there. Plenty of content already and clever use of game mechanics that keep it hot and fun! I'm usually not into gender-swapping games but the way this is set up, I'm just imagining it as corrupting my character which works just fine.

The idea of playing a game using real porn is weird to me. However the scenes in X-change Life are carefully picked and placed as to try its hardest not to disrupt the immersion. Most real porn games seem to just be visual novels with dumb stories where there's too much text on the screen and too much time between porn scenes. But once again X-change Life has great pacing and a UI that gets me invested.
The gender swap kink is niche but fun to play around with. Also there is ACTUAL gameplay which adds fun while viewing scenes. I have a few complaints. Some of the characters you can choose from have scenes only available to them and trying to play through each character to find the scenes without using a guide seems like a huge waste of time. There's not a huge amount of content available for a single character rather the game wants you to use the in-game machine to swap to another character to view more scenes. Also money is only used on a very few things I would like to see more things added that you can spend on.
The originality of the game is something I really like and trying new characters keeps me coming back which is why I'm giving this a 5/5.
