Hey, been following this project for a while. I recently started a new playthrough because I heard that toy/device integration had been added through initface but after troubleshooting for a few hours last night I just can't get it working. It does connect with initface central, and even recognizes the device I'm trying to use, but the connection to initface itself always times out after about 5-10s so ultimately my device is unable to receive any actual input from the X-Change client. Just wondering if this is a known issue, or if maybe I overlooked something and it's working for others, not sure. Never had this problem with any other game and even tried a few last night that all seemed to work normally. If it is just me maybe I'll keep at it and try to brute force it eventually but if not, it'd just be nice to know I'm not crazy.

Edit - I'm dumb, found this line in the changelog after some more troubleshooting:
"Added experimental Sex Toy Integration via ButtPlug.io. This is quite primitive at the moment. Ignore it for now unless you’re really technically savvy and feel like messing around. Eventually the goal is to get sex toys to sync up to the minigames."

I assume it's still not fully implemented so I'll stop messing around with it for now; looking forward to when it is fully integrated.

I can write in the white box alright, but I can't enter the words into the grid. If that's where theyre supposed to go, I don't know, but after writing, there's nothing I can do, and "Auto-work" just gives horrible results.

After typing an actual 5-letter word into the box the letters should automatically move to the grid.

On a completely nother note: I love this game, really fresh change and best gender play I've encountered.

What filters are used and is it possible to use those or similar for videos?

I assume it's still not fully implemented so I'll stop messing around with it for now; looking forward to when it is fully integrated.

It is working fine for me. Just one thing to keep in mind, that screwed me the first times:

Each time you save your game, you have to go back to the settings, connect and choose toy.

These get reset like choices for the timeslots during saving.

I think their drink preferences are dynamically generated at the start of the game, if you reroll a new game they will change. Note one of the girls will only sleep with you if you're black due to availability of scenes for that actress, vice versa there is one girl who will not sleep with you if your character is black for the same reason.

I know they are I'm asking about if anyone knows how to edit the string variables of npcs with the in game editor as it would be helpful

Not sure which key has to be used to open the npc editor window - has something changed?
Nothing is working - neither "L" nor "~" nor "`" (using foreign keyboard on a MAC)

That’s right - first I used FaceApp to generate the male & female version of the same pornstar (it uses AI to calculate what the male face would look like), then I used Prequel (another app), which has an AI cartoon effect to give the images a consistent look.

Do you know if there is a filter that gives the same, or similar, effect as Prequel that works with Premiere Pro?

I'm trying it with girls in the bar and it breaks everything, if you change their dislikes likes and traits it will accept it but then when you ask about her its horribly bugged and I'm not sure how to get it working properly. it seems to not like drinks as actual strings rather than a temp variable but if you input it as a temp variable it doesnt like it either.

I looked at them and they were all controlled on these topics, but it seemed to have something to do with "topics"
Most likely, the function was defined in the first place, so you may have to reactivate it after you modify it.
$purchase controls the type of current drink, $npc's "likes" controls the drinks and actions girls like, and $npc's "dislikes" controls the drinks and actions they don't like. Controlling likes individually is fine, but designing multiple strings makes it so.

How is the relationship content in the game as of today? Are there any plans to do marriage content? I'm thinking a combination of Newlife and Lifeplay in how they do marriage in general. (Even better if there's also non-con content!)

Likely in a few days. There are still some active bugs I am investigating and 2 more scenes being added. It will be before Oct 29 as I have surgery that day and want to get it out before that.
