There are a handful of scenes you can trigger under very specific circumstances, but those don't really tell much of a story as of yet.
I'd say the sales demos have a decent amount of story too. But maybe that's not the kind of story you're looking for

Right now, the game is more of a "slice of life" type of game were you deal with the daily joys and disappointments of office work. But looking into the backstory of the inland and varies events in game now, there are hints of a deeper conspiracy.
So "yes" the game right now has repeat events where you deal with Bruce, the girls/guys at the bar, all the club events, stepfamily, and the craziness of work. So if you don't care to beat your last high score with whomever, I could see how it could get boring to some. I treat the game as more of a dress-up game where I try to get all the outfits I think are cute.

Those aren't part of a coherent story, they are just episodes.
Again: I don't want to bad talk the game, I was just surprised that it is so polished in some areas, while other aspects of it hardly exist.

A lot of these "other" aspects are the older parts of the game likely, and the more polished stuff is the newer stuff. Two years ago when I downloaded this game, you had home, office, bar, mall, and the beach as your only locations. The lighthouse on the beach was just a test, and is still there today pretty much unchanged. Likely once the game gets closure to the finish line, you would see some of the older stuff get redone to the new standard. But right now, expanding the game is more important then taking care of a wart or two.

Game need to save while taking this secretary pill, there are too many scenes in it? At least, can save it at the bathroom when take break or after you finish massaging with Bubba and take a shower.

Game is "saved" before meeting father. So if you just refresh site you will go back to the "holding shoes" screen

So you don't really care about what you want. If you just want to save the scene separately and check it later, use the console command.

dude, i just told game need the button to save for people save manual and at his point i can't see anything to save
It's a transaction between scenes, and adding the ability to save could break the entire game and produce even more bugs. Easy to say, but hard to do. "F5" more than enough.
Hit F5 when you get something you don't want and it will reload the game in the most recent point.
Saves can only occur in the morning at home. So at best you can restart that day.

Yeah I know what you mean. It took me a long time to redo all that to see some of the other outcomes. Specifically the lemonade stand one is very long.
You can save in every bathroom (im not sure about the one in the secretary demo but you can save in bar/club/mall), not only in the morning

Which is a relative new feature because people were complaining about the lack of spots to save. And personally I think its a fair compromise between the players that wish to save/load to a perfect day and those of us that wish for a little more challenge. My last character had a great day in a secretary demo but I did a risky move and get caught by step-sis with daddy. Normally I would had rolled back the day but I had such a good day up to then I decided to roll with it. Daddy just needs to relearn loving his new pregnant girl, which was a new route for me.
