Concept:
1)Several males, for example 10-12 (at the early version: 3-4 character) are selected for reality show.
2)Winner get a lot of money, reality show lasts for example 2-3 weeks or a month (at the early version: 1 week or less)
3)Each period, for example 2 days - one person or more is selected to take x-change pill (random one: it maybe breeder, base, compliant, bimbo, clone... +combinations)
4)Person who takes pill is decided either randomly or by people vote (for example alpha guy who fucks all x-change girls during these days is decided to take pill to let other guys have chance)
5)Each day there may be some random special activity (for example some competition, sexy event)
6)Also each day you have personal time when you can do what you want: (for example workout, socialize, have sex...)
7)Point system: people see what you do and vote to give you points for winning reality show (for example they like when you do sexy stuff as a girl and embrace being her)
In general this can be developed sequentially: first version only 3 actors, 4 days long reality show, 3 random special events, 3 activity in free time, 2 random pills (base, bimbo).
And then next version brings +1 pill, +1 event, +1 actor, +2 days total for reality show.
For late version it is possible to plan that each actor has own personality: nerd/athlete/... that defines their chance to win some daily random events (for example do more pushups or answer more quiz questions (yeah probably I also should come up with more sexy ideas then these events)). And also their personality defines how you could approach them when they are on x-change while you are male. And of course personality defines loop of personal daily activities chances for them.
There is also a maybe added feature to buy various pills from vending machine for votes that you got from people watching show. You can take pill yourself or spike someone. Also you can buy extra stuff that helps you to spike someone with pills.

This is actually implemented now, in the new version (that is just a few days away I think!!) you can masturbate as a male without a computer. It is extra effective if you saw a hot girl that day etc, and you recall a specific person or memory to cum to. Watching porn will clear more arousal but this will no longer be a problem.

Yeah... I totally get this. The only issue is there is problems with how the game currently works if you are in a "temporary body", so that is why there currently aren't save points yet. But this is something I would like to resolve at some point and add more save points.
It's something I really should have added a long time ago... it's super punishing and not realistic to not be able to masturbate as a guy at all without a computer... I just needed a way to make jerking off a bit more fun/interactive, and the new memories system makes it a bit more interesting.
From the game's wiki on the Stepdad I don't see it, but he does take you to the doctor if you do become pregnant and if honest and keeping the baby will gain Respect. He also can gain Attraction if one has the 'Swallow cum daily ..etc" and ask for his help. Oh, looking under Respect it seems one loses respect from stepdad if you ask the above. So lose one point of Respect but gain more Attraction (up to 3 pts if one strips before the act).
Sounds like it might be missing the secretary-stepdad stuff. There's a lot more than just those things you can do.
Its there somewhat on the wiki, I just didn't mention it because... Hell, I forgot about the bathroom scene too. But both I believe your new special daddy makes sure to come outside every time.
