Games like these really make me wish for a fully realized "simulator" to play as a guy or a girl. This game and "Girl Life" for QSP are the closest to perfect "Girl Simulator" games I know despite the insane repetitiveness and grind of the second one. I get that VNs are the easiest games to make, but damn is there a lot of potential for a game like this.

I know the mods etc are fairly often but the main game seems to take a while i know it wasn't long since the last update which was great but defiantly think the sister and step dad need an update seems to have been a while since content was added to them love the game keep up the great work
A few months it was earlier but now she said that she can get enough money from horny folks and started working on game only so should be faster IIRC

There is one after loosing to many brain cells in a Dumb Bitch demo, one after getting lost on your way home after a Hot N Ready. One after the Dairy Queen demo (I experencied these three by myself)... and I read somewhere, there are some for other risky pills (Secretary, Insta Strip).

If you orgasm during the Dumb Bitch demo enough times, you get a game over where you basically become a sex slave. I think there's a game over with the Hot n Ready demo, too (something to do with overheating?). In general, any stat hitting 0 — or your identity, for that matter — triggers some kind of game over.
That is correct. When you overheat, you end up somewhere unknown and need to get home. You have limited money and no means of transportation. You have to manage to get home without overheating too much during the scenes you encounter. If you fail (which is easy), you get a game over.
I don't "like" bad endings. When I am finished with a playthrough, I prefer to "kill" off the character rather than just delete the saves and start over.
With DB & IS by cheating I lowered all my stats to zero including identity and let her cum every single possible time, still no bad ending. Maybe a Mod is preventing it.
I don't like doing H&R it takes so long to do to.

Reaching zero identity will lead to one. If you got zero identity in milking factory you have another. There is also reaching 0 intellect during dumb bitch
It doesnt work for the first time, you will get warning from the lady at the beginig of the demo that it is dangerous and only during your second time you will actually got bad ending

Is there a compressed version of current game build (0.21.7.1)? Due to bugs, mods and stuff I want to make a fresh install with chosen mods so that it functions properly again, but I do not want to download over ten Gig for the base game alone again. Especially since for me 2/3 of the game is unused bloat. I only every play 3 (4 with a mod player character) characters, so the others are unneccesary.

I have to agree here. The screenshots look awful.
Sluted on the other hand is an example how it should be done. The Dev took actual Realporn pictures but edited them to get a unique and consequent look. The MC looks innocent and scenes arnt that over the top Porno-ish. Toobad it hasn't been updated in ages.
we need more busty playable characters added could just be me but i feel like the majority of playable characters with mods included are mostly flat chested which is fine just think bit more variety would be a good thing also an idea i would like to add is when you unlock and new position maybe don't have a video of it when you unlock it because to me it spoils the scene because then I've already scene the clip before i actually use it just an idea
