I also thought your complaint was odd, but folks are moding their favorite porn stars and there is nothing preventing you from doing the same. From what I've seen in mod guides, it doesn't seem that hard to create your own. Maybe the hardest part is just getting all the video files and editing them down and encoding. Heck, if you just got that out of the way I'm sure some modder would agree to do the rest.
But for adding any new MC to the game, Aphrodite has already addressed this with a hard "No".

I did a check in LoversLab for MC mods, and with 28 choices I'm surprised you can't find a mod that works for you. Now to the which porn stars is picked, I won't comment due to its their own time and energy spent creating these mods. Like I got a soft spot for 1980's Nikki Charm, but I don't expect any modder to add her to the game with my request without some cash passing hands.
yes 28 but most are flat chested not my type really as i said not a complaint only an observation. I have used all 28 and the work put in is incredible not something i have the time or patience to do myself. i find myself mainly using Ella knox from the base game myself as more natural and slightly bigger is just more my type. Im the same way if someone wanted money to make a mod of my choice etc i would be more than happy to do that as they deserve to be compensated for there work. As i said not a complaint or a dig at there work just an observation either way to game and mods have provided me more than enough enjoyment over time i have all the achievements and continue to play the game anytime a new mod comes out.

Out of curiosity what you consider "flat" because I checked a few of those modded character and for sure there is a few that arent in my opinion flat at all.
I didnt went through all but just a few and here you have a few bigger than D and there is a lot of them around C/D range.

I think you need to have received 2 promotions to make the scene trigger.
A combination of sexual reputation (having done some sexy demos will raise that level) and having previously come into work as a woman. Both increase the probability of spiking.
