Are these modifications to the mod so you can get quads & quintuplets through normal gameplay?
How would I go about installing these?

Unfortunately not. It's just an image of what her body could look like if she was that heavily pregnant. Would be nice if there were additions to the mod to increase her fertility and up the chance of more babies, but at the moment the most she can have at once is triplets, and even then it's very rare. I've gotten lucky and managed to get triplets twice, the first time being her third pregnancy, but that's after almost 25 separate pregnancies.
I got the letter of introduction for the upper tier brothel, but it's not letting me work there even if Liz isn't pregnant? Anyone have this issue before and know a fix?
I think I broke the second milking event. When I go to talk to the cow, there's just an empty dialogue box. Is there any other way I can get the fertility potions?

depends on your preferences this version has more content than base game the base game is more like a regular rpg
