don't believe anal is possible yet and eternal pregnncy can toggled on and off just select it again in key item menu

I had an issue when using it where scenes would crash, I was able to use Proton without issue

Lutris works just fine for me, but needs just a slight bit of tweaking at first.
You'll likely need the VX Ace RTP, I first make a copy of the RTP files and then paste the game onto them overwriting when prompted. Open up the "Game.ini" in any text editor and under the [Game] line there should be "rtp =RPGVXAce", remove the "RPGVXAce" so that it becomes "rtp =".

You can now add the "Game.exe" to Lutris then press play.
You won't need a wine prefix for most RPGM games before MV, although you will need to use the Wine runner.
