Try to get it after the first week, i've notice that many events don't appear in the first week, even some traits
You need to it alot, like I mean a lot not one time. IIRC, i need to go multiple playthrough to got it.

Try with the bullies after you get captured, try to fail the escape from the factory a few times, then probably you will get the trait
yeah did that long time. I even redo it just to be sure and finish it again as well.
