I don't think this translation quality can be achieved manually. It has to be old-school MTL.
I mean, I can calculate what were the original Russian words, so it's not AI translation, at least. But I don't think any human translator can produce text on the level of "how much clocks" joke.
I guess I'll be playing it in Russian. Fortunately, it's my native language.
