Yandere is not a great VN, but the premise, the character archetype, the amount of possible outcomes, and shock value, are more than enough to make this an interesting read. What you have here is a "sleazy" protagonist, who wants to enjoy his youth (have sex with different girls), and 3 different heroines - masochist, glutton?, possessive - that make for OK yanderes. Depending on how close you get to the girls, different endings ensue, but things tend to get bloody.
Positive:
- OK Yandere heroines; Exploring further routes shows you extra crazy (more parts of the story); Protagonist is very different from usual; Shock value, surprise factor; Many endings; Enough build-up to bad events.
Negative:
- You are forced to get into trouble (restricted player agency); Technical aspects are very weak; Some things are stupid (like memory lapses, or overlooking the obvious); It's a very specific VN, dependent on initial curiosity, that doesn't deliver that much quality.
Score: Yandere is 6/10 and a decent VN, but I like Yanderes, and gore is not a problem, so it's an extra subjective score. This is all about difference factor, and shock value, if you are not interested in that, there's no point in trying this out.
(H-scenes have some gore - assuming you want it -, originality, and quantity going for them. They are OK.)
