If you see the default towel option instead of the nude option at the girl's shower room then you didn't install the mod correctly.

They're two different mods independent of each other, make sure you carefully follow the instructions after checking the build compatibility.

From the attachments, I can only see the PoseMod files and the texture files got installed.

Did you ensure to overwrite the game's "Assembly-CSharp.dll" from the one provided in the mod?

You didn't check the compatible build stated in the Readme.txt file.
It's important to ensure mod's compatible build matches the game's build you're playing.

If you've downloaded the latest build, the mod isn't compatible with it yet, you'll need to wait for an update which will probably be done tomorrow.

You need to re-download the mod whenever it's updated to be compatible with a new game build.
