The instructions are really simple and clear, so I'm not going to bother making a video for it.
If someone else wants to make a video though, I will happily include it for people that can't read and requires visual demonstration.

J’ai changé l’assemblage comme vous me l’avez dit, j’ai même réinstallé tout le jeu pour le reconnaître, donc oui, je peux lire mais je ne comprends pas comment le faire

You need to ensure the game's build matches the compatible build stated in the mod's readme.
PoseMod is working fine as well.

You either haven't updated your game to the latest or you didn't re-download the mod.

You need to check the mod readme and the game's build at startup before installing the mod, if the compatible build matches, it will work.
