When going for Teresa/Girl 66, talk Flare/Girl 67 multiple time, you can unlock her that way. Her other scene is underground, accessed from the top floor of Central tower.
Girl 30 is the item store clerk at Japanese village, said hot spring is also located there, look near the bottom left of the village and there should be a secret path - talk to one of the girl near there for an exact instruction

You need to beat "All the 'Star Trainers', and it's trying to give you hints on where they are, but they overlap so you can't read it...
Main City has 2? (right side, and event hall)
Up and right by farm has 1.
Church has one upstairs.
Harbor Village has two I think (beach and on pier).
Harmony village (the one past the cave) has two? (the sisters, either side of town) and the Shrine past the village has another.
Your starting village has one (in the main shop) after you talk to her.
Then the one I usually do last (might have to), Leo for the 3rd time up past "Central".

Looking closer, it looks you might have everything but Leo again? (go to Central, then head right to get to the forest).

a user is currently translating DLC 1, but is incomplete as for now, be patient and maybe in a month or so it will be posted here (dunno how much time would take) but prolly not much.
managed to get everything in the base game except for 2 near the end. it says watch the ending then go to something but it cuts off so i couldint figure out where. over all i enjoyed the game and hope another one like it gets made but would love to have more hybrids like flare she was real awesome. reminded me of eevee girls fanarts merged with pikachu.
Are there any games of similar ilk? I remember seeing something similar where if the trainers lost you had sex but I can't for the life of me find it.

The Chinese translation looks relatively decent from a video they had shown off on Bilibili, the English looks a bit iffy on the other hand.
The release also seems to be close, like within a month or two. It'll be uncensored according to them.
