Is there a way to play this in joiplay? Every time I try it it tells me that the game is incompatible despite being made in RPGM
I haven't played this in a while but its funny how I consider both the Ruins guy and the initial boy as the main protagonist of this game.
The game has alot of custom code so whatever API your app uses might not be compatible.

072project is the one that did the translation, no clue if its good or not.
2.16+DLC is the censored JP version with chatGPT edited transulation, not everything was transulated.
2.15+DLC is the uncesnored version+transulated under a company, making the previous versions irreverent.
the reason they changed the number in is to avoid getting into legal trouble with japan law.

Good game have been enjoying it so far apart from the xray in almost every scene (wish I could toggle that on off). Other than that good job

At Harbor Town there's an npc that tells you how to cross the bridge, the frogs are in that cave.
What does the DLC item even do? Just got it and gave it to one of my mons, said its potential got awakened.

about the cheat skill.... kind of... There's an optional area where you can keep going through one opponent after another at a fixed level like some of the pokemon games. But you're not able to use the monster you start the game with. So you're forced to win without the cheat skill if you want to do that. You also can't use the cheat skill during the final boss. Otherwise, you can basically go to town (and even get a rating in the dev room that gets better based on how much you used the skill).
as for bond stars, don't know the full mechanics, but it's basically another power boost. But if you just spam the cheat skill, it kinda doesn't matter much
You get some special dialogs when you talk to the dev character in the dev room.
