Using Wondershare Filmora.
Getting "No text" version of video + ENG subbed version, on Ye Birdie Mega folder.
Put No text on timeline.
Put Eng sub on another track, above the "No text".
Put empty "Text" field on top-third track : overlap the field with eng-sub subtitle.
Deactivate Eng-sub track, and voila.
