Just downloaded the game because of the local files feature which is big sell for me and it works great!
Just wondering if there is a way to play the media on shuffle? it seems to always be in order, which is fine for now but would be nice so that it can play media at random.

I'm glad you're enjoying YAJOIG! Yup current shuffle algorithm is pretty wacky but a new one with a dedicated button is coming next update!

really nice. the older version has it so beta sound alternates with beta sound 1 and beta sound 2, but the update only uses one sound if it's selected instead of both. is that not gonna be a thing in future versions?
also the whole idea of having a custom sound is super cool, but i have no idea what i could set it as and have it work lmao. tried some moan sfx but when it picks up in pace it makes me laugh more than anything

Oh yeah it still should alternate, probably an oversight when i was reworking code responsible for "stroke sounds", I've been using sans talking sound for debbuging so i guess i may have missed it. Well I want to add an option also to set between how many and wich sounds it should alternate

Yes! I'm definitely planning to make more HUDs, as for the next "main" gamemode. I want to make "JOI studio" a complete framework to easly make pmvs or just joi sessions. Users could set exactly when stroking indicator would hit the bar, set animations/videos, songs, sounds etc. I tried to make automatic music sync mode but i wasn't satisfied with the results so it will probably be merged to JOI studio as an button to quickly generate a template to song. However it's going to take a lot of effort, so if something easier and faster to make will come up to my mind I'll probably just do that first.

I'm happy you're enjoying yajoig! You can fetch videos only if you want, just add "webm" somewhere in the prompt. YAJOIG uses same tags as the selected booru site. So if you are unsure, you can always check tag cheat sheet for the following website. About sharing playlists/presets, there is an dedicated discord channel, feel free to share it there too if you want!fun game even for a girl

honestly really good, the base concept is great i just feel like a few quality of life things would improve it. like a fast forward (5/10 seconds) since some videos have a long intro while the beat bar is acting like this opening shot of a door deserves a cocksmashing pace.
pressing right skips 5 seconds doesn't it? also some tips for searching is stuff like sort:score:desc or r34.xxx or order:score for e621 which'll put the highest rated stuff at the top, or using "-" before a tag you don't want.
