Just gonna try a shot in the dark here, but I read real quick that there is an adult patch and seeing as they won cards on one of the screenshots or such I instantly started thinking of the witcher 1, where you unlock pictures/CGs.

All this is just a guess, but it looks like a messier heroes of might and magic 3, could be fun! Hope there is sexual content too but I will likely try this game out anyway for the gameplay and I really love the art! I'm not having any high hopes or expectations.

There is, but you have to raise the affection of each girl to lvl 3 to unlock a sex scene with them

There are some very well animated scenes. You might need the uncensor patch for them, but idk.
