For me it was right after Griffin said no and she asked Ryan right after. Maybe you need to do it in that order.
Because their focus is on transition to traditional/hypersexualized interpretation of femininity, starting from outer layers (clothing, makeup) and ending at the body change. Tomboys are almost opposite in this context -- you have character with already female body but choosing "masculine" appearance for her outer layers. Probably more of a something you'd encounter in f2m game.
So your saying nobody has actually had the thought of making a m2f story, where the mc embraces the change while staying true to who they are. (that doesn't involve the mc being a complete and utter horndog).
Well, it actually allows the devs to add lots of content without worrying about things like Animations and Voice acting (Rarely seen), so you actually get more content to play with rather than a 4GB 3 hours long game with just a linear story and some animations and also not everyone is willing to learn how to create animations for you to fap off , it would be nice to use your imaginations from time to time.
That's not what am saying at all, no idea why you'd jump to such conclusion. You've asked why m2f games seem to forget about tomboys, and i gave you a possible answer.
The whole point of creating digital media is to put in effort, aka worrying about animations and stuff to make the visions come alive on screen. Otherwise, if I'm going to use my imagination, I don't need some HTML text for it.
look, just treat it like a catalyst, you can't create a whole story in your head just to have some fun, just make the story flow wherever you like, and also looking at the tags, you won't find many games with good animations that have those tags ( or at least focus on it), so it isn't really a matter of choice.
Just think of it as of a "Choose Your Own Adventure" book that does all the number keeping for you. You are aware digital books are a thing, aren't you?
There probably are several games supporting a tomboy approach to m2f, but there are no tags to find them easily.
