also, philia, how do you feel about LonaRPG? i've heard criticisms of it that it is for some, a bit too graphic and disgusting, in too grotesque of detail or whatever, and in general hardcore, or shock value for the sake of shock? do you agree with these criticisms or for you is it tolerable? like is it a game you could jack it to or whatever, (not really what I seek, i seek playable TFs, mainly, that is all.)or is it too grotesque for you to do that? i am simply curious since yeah it def does seem a bit questionable. like the "happy jew merchant" I am...not a fan of that stereotype but I can ignore it. anyways, I am digressing but i'm just curious on your opinion.
This might surprise you, but I really like LonaRPG and it might be among my top 5 H-game to this date.
It's so good at its core that its artstyle has never bothered me. The artstyle is not even bad, it seems much more like a art
choice to accentuate the grotesque traits of every being, complimenting the grim world that the game is set in.
I for one don't mind the weirdly shaped genitals with dirt and much stuck to them, if anything it makes Lona sexier when the grime is forced on to her cute, beautiful face. Stunning contrasts.
・I love the realism of the world, how gameplay is so intimately connected with every tile, NPC and interactable, that you really feel that every step, every choice matters.
You get exp for every little thing you do, including eating, walking, using the bathroom, reading, crafting, masturbating, in addition to the usual methods you would expect from RPGs. All part of how this game makes you feel you're living a real (and weak) girl's life in a real (and merciless) world, far better than what 99% other H-games can muster.
・The way you fight is intuitive and easy to learn but hard to master. So is cooking. Incredibly satisfying to survive fights in various enviroments, by the skin of your teeth and especially if your partner was killed and you're left to your own. This requires mastering combat / learning NPC behavior as well as sneaking and backstabbing and distracting and settings traps and soooo much engaging strategy, very satisfying to improve at!!
Over time, you intuitively learn how to maximize efficiency between in-game time, game difficulty that is connected to time, your main stats HP, Hunger and Stamina, and how to spend your very frugal money wisely.
・You're free to progress the game any way you want, whether it be slaying monster for quests, whoring yourself out in the streets, or roleplaying that you have to pay a bodyguard with your body to have them follow you into battle (in fact one or two such bodyguards do in fact literally require you to be bred by them, in order to become your bodyguard for 3 days <3 ).
・I love the 12+ different ways you can be taken capture by monsters and humans alike, should you make a slight error. The game is unforgiving, and no matter how strong/resourceful you might become, behind your armor and broadsword you are still a small, fragile woman. In a lawless world where anyone can rape and enslave you when your defense is down without repercussion.
What awaits you in any of the different captivity scenarios is probably my favorite part about LonaRPG. The sex dungeons. The breeding nests. The prison. The whore street. The unescapable tentacle hell.
In some captivities you get free food just so your overmen can keep you as their pet or their broodmother.
In others you will have to rely on semen as main source of food, since you can literally learn a trait that makes your hunger bar fill from eating cum.
And most scenarios you can escape but only through high game knowledge and luck, fail to escape and it becomes
a real playable Bad End. Until you have a baby and can reborn as your baby. So thrilling.
One of my fav outcomes is being sentenced to be a colliseum fighter, your cell is your home and you're fed bread every day, just so you can fight and get raped (or rewarded) for the entertainment of the people. It's fun.
・Whenever you're captured you usually lose all your things and have to be forced to stay and live as a lowly, humiliated worm for a long time if not forever. Rag scraps for clothing and reduced to almost nothing.
You can literally lose your human ID paper, be disallowed entry to the human population that way, in addition to chains and locked steel sealing off your equipment slots making it impossible to use weapons.
・A game like LonaRPG is rare if not impossible to come by, one that allows you so much freedom over both your own body, your sexual escapades and your progress in adventure... but that also doesn't hesitate to reduce your high gear warrior to nothing but a prostitute, a crawling bug whose only use is pleasuring anyone and everyone passing by...

So uhm, yes, I know some of you dislike the art and the goryness and the difficulty of this game but, LonaRPG is a great example for this thread, in certain aspects.
I’ve been looking for games with slave modes as well integrated as this since day 1, and have yet to find one to best it.
I'd like more games like Lona, I've put maybe 80 hours into it already and seen most of its content.
