A few notes: not all games I list will be complete, many of them will contain incest, and some may broadly be more edgy than others. They are also not in any particular order, so don't assume the first or last are best or worst or whatever. Let's go!

by Goblinboy
Summertime Saga by DarkCookie

by Megatech
Loser by Night City Productions
Corruption of Champions by Fenoxo (note: only this game by Fenoxo and not TiTS or CoC 2. The content of those games is compromised due to fear of Patreon and therefore
inferior.)
Free Cities by Free Cities Dev (I happen to prefer the pregmod version)
Man of the House by Faerin
Peasant's Quest by Tinkerer
A Town Uncovered by GeeSeki
You must be registered to see the links
by One Eyed Jack (the link is actually to Delron's expansive AIF list, but it can be fairly easily found there and that's a good list in case you want to try AIF anyway)
The Himeros series:
Himeros Hotel,
Himeros Haven,
Himeros Horizon by Seztworks
Daughter for Dessert by Palmer/Love-Joint
Evil Incorporated by Rrod424 (yeah, this and the next one are probably a beast to get running since they're in RAGS, but they're good games and I love them, so they fit on this list)
Tales of the Drunken Cowboy by Mdqp
Leisure Suit Larry by Al Lowe (Fucking
classics of the genre. Easily findable on places like Steam and, I think, GOG?)
Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude by High Voltage Software (it's got a bad reputation, but it's also a very well-written game. Very funny, decent boobies if you're ok with old-school 3D boobies)
Princess Trainer: Gold Edition by Akabur
Legend of Queen Opala 1: Golden Edition and
Legend of Queen Opala 2: Golden Edition by SweGabe (I don't hate the third one,
Legend of Queen Opala: Origins, but it suffers from feature creep and its story just kinda rubs me the wrong way. 2 is my favorite of the three).
A Spell for All by Cmacleod42
Early days/honorable mentions:
Sexbot by LlamaMann Games
Five of a Kind by JorogrArt
Dandy Boy Adventures by DandyBoyOni
Games that are doing rad things but maybe bit off more than they can chew:
Ben X Slave Quest by Newman&Akanoes (this one has a nifty RPG battle system, but it's just a
real slow development cycle)
Stationmaster by Stationmasterdev (Jack of all trades, master of none)
Mystwood Manor by Faerin (It's one of those strategy games that starts off awesome, then falls into the trap of making the harder levels more and more difficult to play rather than by unlocking more tools to over time even out the difficulty curve. Faerin is in the process of making more automation available, so hopefully that makes this otherwise-cool game less of a chore)
World after War by Crazy Forge Studio (Janky but kinda amazing. Conceptually, it's a lot like Fallout Shelter, but plays basically nothing like it. Base management/RTS/porn game)
Superpowered by Night City Productions (pretty much the very definition of feature creep. Ren'Py was
not prepared for this game)
If I think of them later, I may add some more to the list, but I'd honestly recommend any of these games if a player can handle the relevant tags.
