This have all the hallmarks of a garbage, quick cash grab game dev. (Putting "Good Game" in your name, really?)
And sure enough, all of the assets look like they are ripped from different sources. The chibi characters is definitely from some mmo, the enemies look like they are made in a kid's art class, the character portrait is not the same style...etc...

The four games they have on Steam are also the same cheap garbage, demanding 1-2 bucks for that shit should be a crime.

It all looks like asset flips. The mechanics are awful and as you pointed out the portraits doesn't match the units at all. The game also keeps resetting to Chinese and it's only half "translated". A mobile game that was (probably) even too shitty for the mobile game market. Put on steam in an attempt to salvage anything financially out of this mess. They call it a card game, yet there are no cards. It's more like a bad tug of war.

There's JXQ GOOD GAME... we don't talk about JXQ BAD GAME.
