Ren'Py Yu-Gi-Oh Game with Balatro gameplay

Hi, im kinda new here, sorry if i make any mistake
anyway i want to show a small prototype im working, Consider it a Balatro Lite, curretly i have most normal hands working and some need a small fixes, the discard and playing works, and i also made like 20 Jokers (only the easiest ones), its still super rough and needs a lot of work, especially on the visual aspects but here you have a clip

Im thinking of making it a yugioh game , adding the girls from the anime , each one with a different difficulty level, after each game you can get jokers and change your deck, and After a certain number of games, you unlock a story event. It will not be deep story or anything because im not a good writer, but ill make sure to get SFX, Voices and some good Animations, that along with the gameplay, will hopefully be enough to make the game worth playing.
For sprites and scenes i will be using a style similar to the ones on the Tag Force series, some examples next:


Also Important, for sprites and base scenes i will be using AI, but the animations will be hand made

Hi, since this post i made various improvements, take a look

First i added graphics to all jokers and you can click on them to see their effect + i added 2 more jokers, made the store thats finished (aside from visuals), you can buy and sell jokers, and also buy cards for your deck, on the game i made some adjustments, like making the cards smallers, now your max hand size is 8 instead of 7, and you draw them one by one, i want to add that to playing cards too, with the cards appearing one by one, and the same for the calculations, First the hand type, then the cards and at the end the jokers, and also add sounds

I think thats if for now, ill keep improving it and i think i will release this game with around 8 animated scenes, hopefully i can showcase the first scene soon

Hi again, its been a while, and most things i did are not interesting enought to show it, but i added some new jokers so now i have 23, normal matches (this is the primary gamemode) is fully made, and legendary duelist are already working, the gameplay loop will be Play normal matches to get S coins -> Use S coins to buy upgrades or fight Legendary Duelist -> Defeat legendary Duelist to get H scenes, Maybe in the future you can unlock scenes with characters like the generic duelist from duel links in the normal matches

Im aiming for the final version having 15 Legendary duelist from Duel Monster to Vrains, probably with 6 scenes for the main girl of each series, and 4 for the other girls. Each scene will have 2 speeds + Cum version, and there will be lots of scenes with sexy clothes like, bunnysuit, cheerleader, bikini, etc, in fact this will make most of the scenes

Hi, just another small updates telling things i made

First i want to confirm that the first version of the game will release for free on November 29th

Then i changed how jokers are, in the previous versions they were just balatro normal jokers with a skin, now they have differente effect and they can trigger extra effects if you have other jokers, making combos like in the ygo game, for an example now Dark Magician Girl its buffed if you have Dark Magician, and the most cool thing i made are fusion cards, lets say you have 3 Blue Eyes White Dragon, they are not that good, but if you get all three of them and Ultimate Fusion, at the start of matchall four cards will be deleted and you will get Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, currently there are 3 Fusions: Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, The Dark Magicians And Ojama King.
I want to make similar things with XYZ cards and Rank Up Magics like n39 utopia going to Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray or things like that
Link monster just work like normal monster (Dark Magician Girl, Blue Eyes White Dragon, etc)
and ill try to make Synchro be like if you get some especific monsters you can get Stardust dragon and other things
I also have made Exodia, it doesnt make you win instantly but gives you an powerfull Buff, in exchange each piece will be pretty expensive on the store, im pretty happy with all results but it will need testing and balancing
