Pros:
The Character models look breathtakingly beautiful and are some of the best i´ve ever seen in a xxx game.
Renders look great.

UI looks really clean

Story:
The game doesn´t really have one story but chapters or scenarios from multiple characters. It is still too early for me to rate them because the game is too short, but I really like the first one and the Halloween scenario.

Sex Scenes
The Animations are great and I love the first scene in the laundry room and the story of it.

Cons:
Choices don´t really have an impact.
There is too little connection or explanation between the scenarios like for example what happend with the laundy lady between the two scenes or how come that the 18yo lives with you all of the sudden.

I think this game has huge potential and it will be interesting to see how it will develop further and if we´ll see new characters and or kinks getting introduced and wish the Developer all the best.

Zeno's Anthology [v0.5] Rating: From 4* to 3*

It has been quite a while since I played this game, and I had to revisit it to see how it moved on.
During my new playthrough, I've noticed things that bother me quite a lot.
The visuals are still top-notch, but what I find really annoying is the insane amount of times you have to click in this game to do the next action.
I don't understand the purpose of single choices. It makes absolutely no sense to force the player to click on it.
You also see this issue during sex scenes, which just kills the flow of them.
Another issue are animations during sex scenes or the lack of them. Especially at the beginning, you don't see many of them until later in the game.
Some sex scenes are poorly done, in my opinion, because of bad lighting and camera angles.
I remember a bunch of them, like, for example, there's a scene with Anne in the bed where you don't see shit.
The implementation of minigames is just mind-boggling to me.
I remember two with Anne. One where you have to pleasure her with a butt plug and one where you have to calm her down for sex.
Why, just why? It makes absolutely no sense and feels like a complete waste of time. It's not fun at all, and you have to save-scum because what she says doesn't translate to the choices. Just make it a scene and don't waste people's time with this.
The writing hasn't been a strong point in this game, which I don't have a problem with, but another reviewer has described it perfectly by saying that the story loses depth and the plot becomes rather mind-numbing with characters retreading the exact same ground over and over with a predictable trajectory.
Choices are a major problem in this game.
This is supposed to be a VN, and yet you get choices, a lot of them, and most of them don't matter at all and are basically the same.
I don't see anywhere that this is supposed to be a clicker game, so why do this?
It's not immersive at all and breaks the flow of the game time and time again.
There is a massage scene where you get tons of choices that consist of questions about if she likes it and if it feels good. It's so annoying.
Please just make it a VN and only offer choices if there are consequences.
I also got a game-breaking error after the scene where you fuck the blonde milf and pass out.
Because of all of these issues, I have to downgrade my rating to 3*.

I was not sure what to expect when I tried this one... oh boy; was I in for a ride.

This is actually one of the finest games available here. I love the butterfly effect and I just wish some of the choices were less obscure in terms of consequences.
I can see this one being easily one of the best AVN ever made.

I think I liked it lol. On the one hand I love the renders. Especially when it comes to an actual landlady not a "landlady" and her repression. Yet the MC kind of gives me mixed feelings he feels like he's trying too hard to be an "Alpha" and failing. Of course depending on what you choose you may also end up with the story feeling disjointed but I think that's more of anthology than anything.

The renders are noteworthy in a good way and the laundry room scene was insanely hot. Unfortunately the decision to require needless clicking of a single icon on screen to advance the story when it isn't a decision point is beyond annoying in a VN, to the point it inclines me to take a star off the rating. Overall worth a try if you haven't played it though.

It's hard to find words to describe how much I appreciate the art in these stories. The story telling skills of this developer are rivaled only by their visual artistry. This is anthology is beautiful, erotic and compelling.

Now that I've seen how they're tying things together I'm even more impressed and drawn into this world that they've built. First and foremost, I appreciate such such real and nuanced characters in such a poignant and sensual story. I'm a writer, I've won both national and regional awards and I have such respect for fellow storytellers who have the ability to offer their storys in such a skilfull way.

These characters show their humanity, a real gritty depth of character that allows us to sense their inner demons, their current emotional struggles as well as the weight of their past lives. Their individual arcs are so sincere, and are tied them together so well. The budding sensuality of Anne, the earthy, primal lust of Lauren and the mysterious and erotic terror of Susan, all reach out and grab the reader, each in a different way that draws them into the story and holds them there, in much the same way that each character's desire compels them to stay.

from the beginning i found the previewpics very appealing but had never tried to do a playthrough. with the change to renpy the drive to try it was awakened but i still waited a little.

today i tried it and i have to say what i have seen so far i like it a lot and so far it animates you to start a new game again and again and to make decisions you haven't made before. definitely a reason for me to keep watching it and to play the one or other update here and there.

Zeno's Anthology [v0.2.9.3]

I can already tell this game will be great. I played through this version and it was pretty good. I enjoyed it and I can not wait for it to become complete. However, there are some flaws such as misspellings, compared to the gameplay though it's not that bad

You know, it is not like i came from some vanilla corner, i seen many games in many genres, not that i liked them all or even most. But! Even the most ntr ugly bastard didn't make me feel so much disgust towards him like this mc had. Seriously, just wtf, dude? We even have "choices" in dialogues (which do not have any meaning, it is still one track to creepytown) and need to pick some actions from time to time (which do not give us any choices at all, you will be forced to look at some psycho bitch hairy vagina), but none of the above have any options to act as decent human being. Even at a loss of some content (you can spy at the girl in shower as douchebag or go sit on a couch for example, but in this game you are forced to spy). And i mean, you do expect very poor level of story from porno game, but this is some new levels of low. Visuals good though, even very, way better than average, which is making fucked up mc stand out even more.

What a weird game, the protag is either super whiny or super rapey.
The game has some great renders ill give it that.
it hard to rate a game like this because it does some thing really well like that renders and honestly the Multi choice paths are pretty well done.

But my god. the protag is unpleasant.

Zeno is the creepiest creep you can immagine. In my playthrough the first name is Psycho just because Psycho the Rapist didn't fit in. The story is so weird... yet there is some potential and it's sure something new.

A bunch of short stories about Zeno, a bloke with nothing special about him.
But he´s still getting some very hot pussy. Yeah, plot wise, it´s not perfect.

But i actualy quite like it. Some of the stories are interwined, others dunno where its going, there´s one kinect novel.

Don´t know what is the end game here (hit me up if you do) but one thing is for sure: the dude knows how to make HOT women.
Some of the scenes are very erotic and blissfully sexual and the short stories fit perfectly here.
You´ll fap for sure.

This VN is clearly carried by the quality of the renders and a backstory that is very confusing but ultimately mysterious enough to keep you hooked.

What I don't like at all is the MC. His behaviour is... infantile, even when he tries to be a positive influence on the environment he is deeply sexist, reduces women to primary sexual organs and has zero empathy or sensitivity. He meets a girl who may have been a victim of domestic or sexual violence and all he can think about is how to deal with his hard cock. That's just bottom drawer. I could let it pass if one at least had the choice to behave in a more boring aka human way. But choices are deliberately excluded.

I thought about giving Zeno's Anthology four stars because it's still a huge effort and the quality of the episodes is really good. Extra points for trying an anthology VN, anything experimental should be encouraged. But for that, the MC would have to behave a bit more like a real human being and not like a prepubescent lecher.

Entirely perfect game ... So good visuals ... A bit of confusing at first but you get use to it ... Thier are different interconnected stories .... Form Same timelines but from different time spaces * like past , present, future* ( i know i know i am talking bullshit ) .... Take my word and give this game a try ... Story is good , Visuals are fantastic *no doubt in it* .... Definitely this one not Gonna disappointed you

The visuals here are just amazing, there is an obvious effort into doing something special and of the highest quality. The stories are intertwined so in the long run everything seems to be going coherently, also the character creation is very well done, one of the best I've seen here, characters don't look like your average models. One of the best creators in here, I hope he could develop a bit faster but such a quality product requires not only production time but also post production.

This game/VN surprised me.

The visual part of the game such as 3D render design and pose/expression is just in anther level. Animation is not necessary for this VN and would slow down the dev process.

I also loved its well-designed short-story format. I am tired of most games poorly designed and ill-maintained with mundane long stories. But even with the short format, this dev seems to know how to tell readers intriguing and sticky stories. Among its three stories, I couldn't find a single mundane moment. It's an unexpected quality in this type of games.

TBH, I am not sure that this game will survive against full of horny teenagers in this business.Nevertheless, I wish all the best with the dev and this game.

I would like to give it 5 stars, the artistic level, the quality of the renders, the use of D-force, the lighting, the post-processing work of the renders, all great, above average and by far.

The "problem", I can't hook into the story, that's the problem when you create a VN with a series of short stories, you don't create a connection, neither with the MC nor with any other character that appears in the narrative.

Honestly, I really like the visual section, the photo-realistic designs, the details, the good use of ren'pay, it would be excellent if all this already said were transferred to a more conventional VN, to a long story, with characters that not only come and go and short stories that at first do not have a solid connection between them, a criticism at the plot level, do not force the reader to do things he does not want, for example masturbate, if in one of the options he says no, be consistent and respect the reader's decision.


I recommend reading this VN, it's worth it, if you like eroticism and short stories, this is definitely for you.

I think i like the first story the best so far.
Characters are so well made. I really think they stick out.

I am not an expert with stories but the seem to make at least some sense.
I think for an entry, this is above average and i like how its done.

This is a new concept (to me) to have short stories instead of a long story. So that is refreshing.
There is always something that could be better but i think its lewd, its engaging and pretty females.
Male seems ugly, which is good and you do not see him all the time. So for that narrative i think i am fine with it. Normally i prefer no face.
