Are you criticizing a game you haven't played? The scene in the screenshot does not take place outside, but in the druid's house.
So it's the translation. Looking out the window heavily implies that the person that looks is inside a building, watching something outside of the building.
"looking through the window" would be more fitting.
"looking through the window" would be more fitting.
I think the issue is more that the translation is not great.
The phrase "I looked out the window" in English implies you're inside the building looking through the window to something outside the building.
A better phrase to use would be "You look through the window", which doesn't imply being inside or outside the building. Alternatively, "You look in the window" Which implies being outside the building and looking at something inside it.
But yeah, there's a fair amount of awkward to bad translations in the game.

Русскоговорящие тоже очень быстро поймут что ты иностранец, если будешь свои мысли передавать через переводчик

Well, google translate detects it as Russian, and translates it correctly as lick balls. But, since it's written in Cyrillic and Russian shares roots with several languages (Don't look like no russian I ever saw and the dev said there is no russian version

), there may be some crossover words, especially when written. Kinda like the Romantic languages (French, Spanish, and Italian are the main ones) have many words that sound and are written similarly between them.Regardless, I'd assume it's Ukrainian based on the developer's avatar here.

Yes, he's ukrainian, but made the game on russian, because russian it is also used in many countries, as well as English, especially in post-Soviet countries

Wait... in the very frst adventurer guild quest the player is supposed to send the MC into the forest and click on the "pick berry" line fifty times? A developer who thinks that that kind of thing is "fun" for the player probably doesn't understand much about game playing at all. I don't have time for that sort of "fun." I'm out.
