Any chance the game can use arrow keys instead of the regular? my computer keyboard is broken unfortunately. have to use the accessibility app to even type.

In game I'm not sure. However, in the save file (which is located in AppData/Roaming/Godot/app_userdata/zombie-game), you can open it as a text file and edit those stats.

dont count on it, if it wasnt fixed back then its definetly not gonna get fixed now... especialy since the dude moved on to making ai animation now

Does anyone have a full save file, if that's even possible?

And could you tell me why the protagonist dies with every action I take? Like, I work—he dies, I exercise—he dies. I think it's because the bar under his health and energy is low, but I don't know how to fill it up. Can someone please clear this up for me? This game appeals to me, but it's torture because of the slow dialogue and the inability to save whenever I want.
