The gratification in that case comes from one or more of: "completion" of a conquest, (physical) manifestation of dominance, full acceptance/submission of a LI. I respect your opinion Mario.. but I loke babys I don't think pregnancy would ruin bodys. In this case, with this game the MC is a so young boy pregnancy in that situation is unhealthy and unnatural to me if we're talking a men/women with just 18 years.

to add to the other guy's response, also a huge part of the impregnation 'kink' is that the guy isn't marrying usually, instead he is creating a harem usually in the end.. and a harem isn't a something a normal guy or even something a rich guy can get so easily in modern times.. a harem isn't even a thing that 'players' could achieve, since they can't keep most women in the long-term..
