According to sirens patreon post it's out today, but timezones are a thing so even though it's today for Siren it could be tomorrow for you (depending on where you and Siren both live)

The story reaches a dramatic climax with Beta 0.23!
After the events in the Underground's Construction Site, a new threat has sprung up in the Western District. Dense fog has brought back slain zombies and introduced even stronger ones! The source seems to be somewhere near the Water Facility...
This is the second to last story update so there's quite a lot to unpack here. I hope you all enjoy playing through these new events!

Nadia has a brand new scene to experience in the bathhouse! Be sure to stop by and visit once you have maxed our your relationship with Nadia!

== Status Screen ==
The pause menu has a new Status option that you can view. This serves as a way to check your general relationships with all of the survivors so you can visually gauge your progression!

-Added repeat option for Lucy sex scene
-Added repeat option for Misty sex scene
-A warp in the water generator room will take you to her lab when you complete the story quest
-Returning to the computer in the water facility will show a few new entries
-Water zombies now respawn after a couple of seconds
-Also slightly better at detecting you
-Water zombies added to a few more spots
-Attempted fix at L-001 attacking before Boss fight #2 begins
-Fuck this bug, idk why it's happening
