If my mind doesn't fail me, it's a mod for a certain game that's on PC, but it's not a porn game, it's just any game, except that they added mods and I don't remember the name.
Its porn of stardew valley. There are mods for it to include porn but none of them are very thorough and actual scenes in game tend to be lower in quality due to the limitations of trying to implement it into an actual game rather than a stand alone animation. That one in particular is Penny getting eaten out by Pam who is getting fucked by I guess the player.

i know that zombie retreet was inspired by a zombie life i am just saying a old game is alot better then then zombie retreat 2. sicne once u kill every zombie the gameplay pretty much ends since the zombies dont respawn. in a zombie life the zombies outside respawns. plus the gameplay is pretty much forever since ur water and food gets low which u need to survive so u cant just have sex with ur family members and teacher and cop or who ever u find in teh world. A zombie life was on a whole other level imo. i find it fun goign outside and search for food and water and dodging and killing zombies. Zombie retreat 1 is good but teh map is super small imo and it takes like 2 or 3 days for zombies to respawn. while in A zombie life if u kill a zombie outside they will respawn after u go back to homebase. I just find that a zombie life has more replayablity then both zombie retreat games. plus imo Nargal's games liek urban demon and zombie life has teh best writing imo

thats from the cure ending dont really remember the details did that ending like 5+ years ago but if im correct thats the teacher and mc and shes on the phone with her husband so yeah shes cheating on her hubby... btw cure ending sucked

No it's from A Zombie's Life by nergal not siren, it's one of the endings you get depending on the choices you made with the MC's teacher about her husband she has a couple of different ending versions
